Location

This apartment complex is located in the south of Gran Canaria between Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogán in the Playa Taurito holiday area. It is just 50 m from the sea and about 1 km from the sprawling dune beach of Maspalomas. There are excellent public bus service links to Puerto de Mogán and Puerto Rico, which lie 4 km and 10 km away respectively.

Facility

132 apartments and 128 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, bowling, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, squash. Various wellness options are available at the apartment hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, massage treatments and a solarium. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a bar and a pub. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. At breakfast and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Would recommend please ignore the negative reviews because it’s nothing to what we expected having read them!!

    We went here the second week into may, we had a absolute blast, I was very sceptical after I booked this because I had read so many bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised, rooms are really good, food there is plenty to chose from even for picky eater, salad bar is in abundance, love how they mixed it up each day for those wishing to try new things also, the staff are friendly and helpful and cleaners were amazing and came back if you asked them to if you weren’t ready to leave the apartment, everything you could need is right next to the hotel also, including a small supermarket, pharmacy, clothes and gift shops, small restaurants which is on the beach front a couple minute walk away, water park is right outside the reception granted it is salt water but there is showers to wash it off yourself and it didn’t stop the kids having fun, evening entertainment stops at 10pm but having small kids this was perfect for our family, would’ve happily stayed and just not gone home 🤣 would definitely book again

    You get what you pay for basically. Very outdated hotel. Food boring and repetitive. The main areas are not kept clean and the bins are always overflowing. The pool is tiny for the amount of guests and the kids couldn’t use there floats because it was so small. The deck chairs are packed in all together. We were on the 6th floor with 4 kids and the lifts were always broken . Staff are rude and unhelpful . Everything in the hotel is dated. We arrived very late but were given goody bags with a sandwich and water in which was one of the positives. The beach is nice and the bars there serve food which is nice and reasonable prices wise. At the bar staff are very friendly and lovely with the kids. The kids club was a negative as they took them over a busy road to a different hotel which was a no from me . The water part was great though but not all inclusive which I knew before the drinks and food there were reasonable in price . Overall I would never go back there , not a positive experience.

    The location is lovely and the views from the rooms are lovely if you can block out the half finished hotel across the other side. The hotel swimming pool is not big enough for the amount of guests and you are packed in like sardines. I would recommend going to the water park as much more room only downside it’s saltwater and you have to pay for a parasol and mats to make the sunbeds more comfortable. The food and drinks is average at best and very repetitive. My partner also received someUndercooked chicken on one of the nights. If you get bored of the food I would recommend going down to beach front restaurants/bars as prices are reasonable and the food was lovely. If you want to get about whilst you are there use the buses as very cheap and only cost a few euros to get to Puerto Rico which I recommend a visit to. If you are planning to go the Morgan market on a Friday beware it’s at least 25 euros in a taxi as they have to drive to Puerto rico to turn around to go through the tunnel to the market. The local supermarket is reasonably priced to get drinks to keep in the mini fridge in your room. The rooms are very dated and need updating. The beds are basically two singles pushed together, The maids came and made up the rooms daily apart from Sunday. There are two main lifts that break down on a regular basis. A tip is to use the service lift when this happens is literally the other side of the glass ones. As we were on the 8th floor we needed to use these. The entrainment was a bit poor to be honest with one of the nights being a Temu Michael buble impersonater. If you want nice alcoholic drinks expect to pay for them we did and it was nice, there is an amusement park on site but everything you have to pay extra for the trampolines and peddle go karts. I could not recommend this hotel as would not go back. You get what you pay for I guess lessons learnt for the future to pay extra to have nicer things

    Family holiday. 6 adults & 3 children. THE NEGATIVES: Arrived 11pm. All inclusive bar stops at 11pm so had to pay for drinks as there's no kettle in rooms. Were given a sandwich & fruit as a replacement for our evening meal which we also missed. Maids can ignore the Do Not Disturb Signs so be careful. Sausages at Breakfast are Hot Dog sausages??? & bacon is like leather. Soups are disgusting & evening meals for kids is a major let down! Hot Dogs, pizza & chicken nuggets would be a welcome addition for kids as they really struggled with the Paella, fish stews etc. The pool is freezing & no floats allowed. KIDS CLUB is NOT in the hotel as advertised but involves your kids being taken to another hotel by Reps. (Strangers basically!) Which was a big NO for us so our kids really missed out. Yet there's a huge lounge area by the pool bar in the Hotel lying empty & could be utilised! There's also a stage, Piano & bar area in this lounge but never used & absolutely no evening entertainment! THE POSITIVES: It's a beautiful Hotel. Rooms are huge, lovely & clean, with fridge. hair dryer & free safe & the shower over the bath is wonderfully powerful. Plenty sunbeds around the pool. Lifts are great. In the Restaurant salads are beautifully fresh as are the breads & there's a brilliant selection of desserts. Self serve Lager, wines & soft drinks available from breakfast until 11pm! Self serve Hot Dogs, sandwiches & Ice creams at pool bar all day. Free entry to water Park is great & all drinks and beverages are part of your all inclusive in the arcade area across the road although the swings/soft play/VR rides etc need to be paid for. Beach is a 2 minute walk with lovely shops, bars & restaurants. The staff at this Hotel are lovely & work so hard catering for every need. Kids absolutely loved the pool, beach, waterpark & Arcades. Overall a wonderful stay & if they sort out the kids food we will definitely be returning.

    Lifts are always broken 1 Lift at each end of hotel and 1 staff Lift that your not supposed use . But have to because Lifts are either waiting with to many people or out of service . Hotel pool is tiny for amount of guests and size of hotel sun beds are limited and packed in snack bar is disgusting dry food cold food main restaurant food again lots of choice but cold bland cheap crap under cooked or over cooked pink chicken made me sick and unwell . Hotel rooms are run down need paint tvs got a lock on so can't use YouTube or Netflix . Our room hat a unlocked door into a strangers room next-door not safe for kids sleeping or belongings. Only good thing is the water park but again you have pay for mats for sun beds or a umbrella . Over all our holiday was like a episode of benefits Britain on tour
