  The best all -inclusive holiday ever.

  We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights (22–28 May 2026). I understand that the hotel and its furniture are a bit old, but it does not deserve to be rated only 3 stars. We had the best experience ever. Having stayed at many all-inclusive resorts over the years, this one was by far my favorite. The water park, beach, delicious food, drinks, and all sorts of facilities and entertainment for kids and families were excellent. The beach is beautiful, with huge waves in the sea. There are also some shops for souvenirs. Some activities on the beach required an extra fee. Our room was a one bedroom flat which is really good when you travel with children.If I were to criticize, I would say the staff at reception were not very friendly and rarely smiled. They provide only shampoo and soap, not body wash, and these are only in your room on the first day; you have to request more from reception each time you need them. However, these issues did not bother us at all. The water park was just amazing.We enjoyed our time there and would love to go back one day.

  There were not many positives and quite a few negatives. I would not return to this hotel.Yes, the view was beautiful, but that was almost everything. The room was quite good, large, and the balcony was spacious as well. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for the children to sleep on. The room was cleaned whenever we requested it (we had to select this option when we arrived). However, there were quite a lot of ants in our room. Our friends stayed on the 4th floor while we were on the 6th, and they did not have this problem.There was no kettle or coffee in the room. When we arrived, there was only one bottle of water in the fridge and it was never replenished. The only drinking water available was from a dispenser at reception. Fortunately, we had our own refillable bottles.The pool was nice and suitable for children, but it was too small. There were enough sunbeds, and the surrounding area was pleasant, convenient, and attractive.The food by the pool was very limited – mainly burgers and hot dogs, and they were not particularly tasty.The spa pool was excellent, with many different massage jets. The two saunas were clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I booked a massage which I enjoyed, but €70 was far too expensive.The alcohol was not very good. The cocktails were overly sweet, with too much syrup and very little variety. The beer was weak, and drinks were filled with so much ice that you could finish them in just a couple of sips.The food in the main restaurant was not terrible, but it was repetitive and there was very little choice. It became especially noticeable at weekends when more guests arrived. The fruit was disappointing, and so was the coffee. For some reason, the water from the coffee machine tasted salty, which made the coffee taste salty as well.It was difficult to find suitable food for younger children. There were not even chicken nuggets available. The desserts were terrible – just a few simple cream cakes that were all very similar, plus a few types of basic biscuits. The vegetable selection was good, and the fish was tasty. None of us suffered from food poisoning.There was no entertainment in the evenings within the hotel itself. Everything took place outside the hotel in a shared entertainment area used by several hotels. It was always crowded and difficult to find a table. There were activities for children, but everything cost extra.There was a kids' club, but it was located at another hotel. Twice a day, staff would collect children from the pool area and take them there. My daughter enjoyed it and attended twice. However, one day the animator accidentally mentioned that she had been alone with 16 children. She was also about 15 minutes late returning them. In my opinion, that raises serious concerns about safety.The evening entertainment was weak, short, and not enjoyable. There was simply nothing to do in the hotel after dark. Even the all-inclusive drinks were only included until 11:00 pm. The bar remained open until midnight, but drinks had to be paid for during the last hour.Overall, there was very little entertainment during either the day or the evening.We chose this hotel mainly because of the water park, which is shared between all the hotels in the area as well as external visitors. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The surroundings felt unattractive, the slides were not exciting, the water was dirty and extremely salty, and the ground became so hot that it was impossible to walk barefoot. Children had to wear flip-flops everywhere and leave them at the bottom of the slides, where anyone could take them. One pair of our shoes was stolen.We stayed for a week, and the children only spent one day at the water park before refusing to return. I think that says everything. Sunbeds were free, but umbrellas and cushions for the hard sunbeds had to be paid for separately.If you do not have a car, there is very little to do in the area because nowhere is within comfortable walking distance. The beach was also disappointing, with black sand that left you feeling dirty.If you are considering staying here, I would advise looking elsewhere. Gran Canaria itself was wonderful, but unfortunately this hotel was not.

  Parents beware of this holiday with children.

  We have just came back from here, hotel was nice inside and food was also nice, main concern and issues we found were around the pool, life guard was not always present and this was in the peak of the day, kids were not allowed to do anything we’re not allowed floats in the pool or balls and we’re told to get them out by the lifeguard, we witnessed the lifeguard telling a boy he was not allowed his rubber ring in the pool which then resulted in him nearly drowning and my son had to jump in and save him, not really a family fun holiday when kids what to enjoy the pool with floats and balls, then the water park this is not attached to the hotel like l thought, the water was very very salty to the point if it went up your nose or you drank some from going down the slide it’s was awful again this put you off using the water park and also not good for kids skin. Entertainment again not great again this was not in the hotel but in the middle by the water park no tables half the time and the bar wasn’t even open one night. Nothing in walking distances if you wanted a change of scenery. We would not recommend and will never return to this hotel. Honestly if you want your children to have a fab holiday don’t come here parents who want to enjoy sunbathing while kids play in pool don’t come here they literally can’t do anything in the pool without the life guard blowing his whistle at them.

  After reading a lot of 1 star reviews I am was scared! But I was not disappointed, I dont know what these people want! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our Grandkids, I see some wrote "the same mini disco everynight" yes! It is, and its the same everywhere, in other hotels and in Bulgaria!!! The same songs the kids learn to get involved, if it was all different how would they interact?? Omg! Rooms are fantastic size and all face the pool, rooms are clean, they are also operational, they won't be newly decorated! (Again , what do people want)? Food was fine, while others have had better choices, we did not starve, how many different foods can you order back home, and eat? Guarantee you after night 3 you wouldn't know what to order!!! While another reviewer said, kids options could be better (chicken nuggets)Drinks: nothing wrong with them, same drinks everywhere, had no complaints, shock horror they have other drinks you can purchase! Yeah! It's a business!!!. Entertainment was great for the kids, same songs so the kids can learn and interact, then a show afterwards for the adults, absolutely no complaints at all, staff are staff, some really friendly some not, the same everywhere, animation team are great, games around the pool during the day and kids and adult show at night, very hard working, how many can you do???Overall 4 stars, food could be a bit better, but i will return here!

  Lovely family getaway

  I was a little concerned about the hotel after I had read some of the reviews. I am pleased to say that the hotel was very clean, the staff were all lovely and the food was decent as well. Slight annoyance that there is only two lifts for the entire hotel but a very minor one. The area was lovely with shops, entertainment and the beach no more than 2 minutes walk away. Me and my family had a great time and would happily go back again.
