  Amazing Hotel

  Just returned from a 10 day holiday at this hotel. We had an absolutely fantastic time here. The hotel is amazing everywhere is so clean and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming.We have stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels and this one is the tops. The design and the ambiance of the hotel is amazing. The grounds of the hotel with its beautiful palm trees has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. We had a sea view room which was lovely and big with a large bathroom and shower. The food in the restaurant was amazing with a choice to suit everyone, all the food was of high quality and tasted amazing. The entertainment was brilliant especially the outdoor stage shows. Access to the beach area and promenade was an extra bonus. Can't praise this hotel enough and we will Certainly be returning. I only have two points to make and that is the quality of the bathroom towels are not good enough for a 5 star hotel, they are not thick or soft in fact they felt quite hard also usually slippers are provided in other hotels that I have stayed in, so that might be a nice addition.

  Exceeded our expectations.

  Like most people we checked out the reviews beforehand, some of which concerned us. Without going into minute detail, there was nothing about our 8 day stay that we could fault. Every aspect of our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. Our fabulously spacious room had a great sea view and was totally quiet with no other noise to disturb our sleep. The room was cleaned to a high standard daily, it was spotless, the towels changed daily and a room tidy up in the evening. Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful, lots of variety and very tasty. Yes it’s biased towards a more continental diet, but we could not fault any aspect of it. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and keen to provide agreat service. An all round great hotel!

  There are places you visit… and there are places that touch your heart.The Hotel Riu Palace Oasis is definitely the latter.This was our second stay—and the moment we arrived, it felt like coming home. Not in a superficial way, but in that deep, comforting sense of being truly welcomed and seen.The service is exceptional, but what makes this place so special are the people. Every single member of the team—without exception—is genuinely warm, kind, and incredibly friendly. You can feel that they care, and it makes all the difference.The hotel itself is a little oasis in the truest sense: a beautiful, expansive garden with majestic old trees, the soothing sound of the ocean, and a direct connection to the beach. It’s a place where you can breathe, slow down, and simply be.The rooms are spacious, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained, and the housekeeping is impeccable—always attentive, always with a smile behind the scenes.And then there’s the bar… our personal favorite place to unwind. There is something so calming and special about it. The atmosphere, the gentle evenings, and most of all the people:José and his wonderful colleagues create moments you don’t forget. Their warmth, humor, and genuine kindness turn a simple drink into something meaningful.This hotel is more than just a destination—it’s a feeling.And for us, it has truly become a second home.We will be back.   I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. One of the best things about it was its location—it was just a short walk from the beach, which would be great for anyone planning to spend a lot of time by the sea, although I personally didn’t go very often.The hotel itself was quite large, giving it a spacious and comfortable feel without ever seeming overcrowded. It had beautiful gardens with a relaxing vibe, along with a nice interior and a well-kept bar area that was a good spot to unwind. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax during my stay. Everything felt fresh and tidy, and it was clear that the housekeeping staff paid attention to detail.The staff were polite, which contributed positively to the stay. They were kind and greeted me whenever I saw them.One thing that could have slight imprivoment is the canteen, which didn’t have many options, so it felt a bit limited at times.Its gym may be small, but it’s well-equipped and maintained, providing everything needed for a solid workout without feeling crowded or outdated. There are also 2 pools to enjoy that are clean and inviting , perfect for either a refreshing swim or simply unwinding by the water. One of the highlights, however, is the view from the room balconies. Absolutely stunning.My only complaint would be the WiFi. It was horrible. You had to sign up every time. Which wasted 5 mins of my life every time I did it.Apart from that very good stay. Clean room, nice bed,good location and nice staff.   Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good food …

  Hotel is very modern and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and lots of storage. Staff are very friendly. 3 pools, mini spa and gym. Great buffet breakfast and dinner.Easy access to the beach and local shops & restaurants- which offer variety for all budgets from everyday cages to 5* seafood dining, souvenirs to Gucci. If you are vegetarian and book to go to one of the hotel’s restaurants you need to let them know you are vegetarian in advance and then check when you get your food. The fusion restaurant knew we had a vegetarian and even that they didn’t like mushrooms, however still served them an appetiser of pheasant pate and caviar!! There are vegetarian options at the buffets but they are very carb based or just vegetables - they could do better in this front.A trip to Aqua world is great family fun and would recommend. We hired a self drive boat for a few hours and it was great! Warning: be aware for the early risers who place their towels on all the best sunbeds and then leave them unoccupied for hours on end. The hotel has no way of managing this. There are no clear signs to indicate this is not allowed - even though it is in their ‘rule book’ 🤣 and when you speak to the staff they say there is nothing they can do, just that you can go and move things yourself (which is not ideal!) It didn’t ruin the holiday but it was very annoying for many if the guests. The grounds are beautiful, calming and spacious - to make it even better they could use some of this space for a premium table tennis table, large drafts or some badminton, out of the way, but something for teens to do at the hotel. Final point - this is a very popular destination for Germans, so if you are not German and are looking to go and meet other families and make holiday friends then this is less likely here. Not an issue for us as we are quite happy keeping ourselves to ourselves, or not.
