Location

This hotel is centrally situated in a peaceful location in the leisure district of Playa del Inglés. The beach promenade lies about 350 from the hotel and shopping centres, restaurants and bars are to be found in the vicinity. Public transport departs from a stop just 100 m away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 7-storey building with 3 lifts and 231 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services and facilities include a TV room, a childcare service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a conference room. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. The hotel offers a variety of outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis and golf. With windsurfing, banana boat rides and diving available, the hotel also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Indoor facilities and activities also include a gym and table tennis or, for a fee, billiards. Guests can relax and unwind in the wellness area (massage treatments). Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

The hotel includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Special culinary options, such as vegetarian dishes, are also available.     We arrived to check into our Airbnb and faced a major plumbing emergency. It was 7pm. We needed a 4-day accommodation quickly! We met Alba at the front desk and she could not have been kinder or more helpful. We had been through a lot and she asked questions and listened to our whole story. It was like therapy. Our room was perfect. Breakfast was 5 stars, hotel cleaning staff was 5 stars. Thank you! And special thanks to Alba for her kindness and empathy when we needed it the most. 😊

    Second stay @ the Canopy by Hilton Madrid castellana and all I can say is that this Hotel has such a great vibe. Loved it from the minute you walk in and being met by Dani.

    We were there for a medical conference, The hotel is amazing, great breakfast and gym . The room very modern . The staff is very friendly and helpful.From the breakfast manager MariaLuz ( I think) to Dani in front desk , we were traveling with a baby and all the staff was always offering help and check if we need help with bags or the stroller.
