    Mixed feelings. I’ll start with the good: it’s a lovely and quiet hotel, the terraces are great and the rooftop pool and terrace is great. The aircon in the rooms is brilliant and if you don’t mind hills or stairs, it’s relatively well located to the centre and the beach.Now the bad, it’s a bit run down, the rooms need some tlc - the kitchen especially, it has bits that are broken, stained and generally dirty. Speaking of dirty, upon arrival the floor was dirty/dusty, although to their credit - the cleaners sorted this upon visiting. Also, the shower is one of the top 5 worst I’ve ever used - doesn’t keep its temperature and goes freezing cold. It’s a shame as those little things let it down, as their sister hotel the Nachosol Atlantic is fantastic and one of the best on the island.     Please don't book they demand one hundred pounds deposit then refuse to give you it back making stuff up about your room when there was nothing at all wrong with the room. In this particular case, the deposit could not be refunded due to a breach of the hotel policies, including smoking inside the room, as well as damages found after your departure.     Poor Customer Service outweighs a Rooftop Pool

    As much as I think these apartments were great, the cleaner is fantastic and it matches the description, as a solo traveller I have been extremely disappointed by the service of this company. They do not respond to emails, the reception at this location very rarely has someone there and if you need anything you have to go to the other location on the other side of Puerto Rico. Would not recommend for solo travellers or if you want somewhere with amenities. You need to buy everything and the supplies are minimal in the apartment. I hope that this review allows this company to improve their customer service. I left a night early. We do not understand your comment that if you need anything you have to go to another complex, as, apart from checking in at the Hotel IG Nachosol Atlantic, our guests do not need to go to another complex at all, unless they wish to enjoy the other facilities, in which case they are, of course, welcome to do so.We’re sorry you feel our establishment lacks amenities, as we have everything necessary to ensure our guests enjoy a wonderful stay – from all the essentials in the rooms to facilities where you can sunbathe in complete peace and quiet, as well as a 24-hour assistance service. Naturally, in an establishment where you can only book accommodation and not a full board package, it is the guest who must purchase their own provisions; if they do not wish to buy anything, there are other types of establishments such as all-inclusive resorts where everything is provided for the guest upon payment.Finally, we are sorry that you did not appreciate our service, given that the day before your departure you requested a booking for one more night, for which you were offered a better rate as you were already staying with us.     On arrival greeted by an intercom and no reception and had to wait 20 mins just to let us in the main door . Rooms under stairs are ridiculous. Told they would move us but then denied all knowledge saying it .& Very rude on the phone . On the web pages where our complex is located, you can see that we do not have a 24-hour reception, however, we have other complexes that do. When a person books at a complex that does not have a 24-hour reception, depending on the time of arrival, they may have to follow a different check-in procedure. However, the intercom you mention is necessary for us to communicate with you and know that you are at the main door, as this door is locked at all times for security reasons. We do not know what you mean by the 20 minutes you mention, as when you arrive at our complex, there is a button you can press to communicate directly with us, and we will automatically open the door for you electronically so that you can access the complex. In addition to this button, there is information just above it with the 24-hour telephone number, so if you waited for this amount of time, it is because you did not contact us. The rooms you are referring to are the type of room you booked. If you had chosen the type with a terrace and sea views, you would have been given a room that is not located in a corner. We are very sorry that this was not to your liking, but you can also check on our website that there are two types of rooms available. When a guest tells us they want an upgrade, we always make a note of it in case there is no availability at that time. Unfortunately, we cannot control the cancellations that may come into our system, and if our resort was fully booked during your stay, we have no way of upgrading you to a room with a terrace. We are sorry that you do not understand this. We are very committed to our work, so we are sorry that your experience at our complex was not a good one.     A woman was live streaming and smoking weed by the pool and jumping on the sunbeds. this was reported to reception but they did nothing . when we called back the receptionist hung up on us! we will now call the police. We would like the comments we receive about our resorts to be based on the experiences of guests who have stayed at our resorts. However, we would like to inform you that we did take action as soon as we heard about this guest, who records her daily life, which is her right as she is not recording anyone else. As for smoking, she was warned about the resort's rules from the outset. Under no circumstances have we hung up on anyone. The call may have been cut off, but anyone has the right to call the police for any situation they deem appropriate. This guest has been made fully aware of the rules of our resorts, and if we find that she continues to break any of them, she will be asked to leave our establishments.
