Location

This property is located in a central area, about 800 m from the beach in Puerto Rico, 500 m from the Puerto Rico shopping centre and 2.5 km from the beach of Amadores. The nearest bus station is about 300 m away and Gran Canaria Airport is approximately 45 km from the establishment.

Facility

15 apartments and 15 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a laundry service, a smoke alarm and a smoking area. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.

Rooms

The rooms have a kitchen and a bathroom. Individually adjustable heating ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A minibar is provided. Additional features include a mini fridge and a microwave.     A lovely hotel with amazing food....the room are so spacious BUT really disappointed that someone!!! stole my yellow dress from the wardrobe. Had it on the second day of my holiday & went to look for it & couldn't find it so looked everywhere but to no avail

    Our apartment (104) was situated poolside. Couldn’t have asked for a better position. It’s well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was cleaned every other day. Toilet rolls are provided. Clean towels provided regularly and bedding was changed 3 times during our stay. Pool was cleaned most mornings. All staff very polite and friendly. At the time of our stay, the reception was located at the apartment complex next door, (Puerto Bello) so anything you needed e.g. tv remote control or kettle, had to be requested there. This wasn’t an issue for us. There’s also a well stocked mini market located there. You pay for WiFi, €30 per fortnight for 1 device or €34 for 2 devices. Located in a quiet cul de sac, there’s a great little bar at the end called The Crazy Horse Saloon. Denise, the owner, is great and cooks lovely fresh food to order. The apartment is quite high, uphill from the town centre, but taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced. We’d walk down and taxi back for €3.85 - €4.40. There’s a bus station in the town with an excellent service. We went to other resorts from there for as little as €1.40 one way. Beware of the size of the spirits served in the bars and restaurants; they’re MUCH bigger than those at home! We totally enjoyed our stay and feel re energised with 2 weeks of sun. Back to wet, cold UK tomorrow, but we plan to return.

    This is the worst place we've ever stayed in! The noise from the sister complex next door was unbearable and it was 24/7!The next door complex, Puerto Bello, is housing young migrants from Africa.They were constantly trashing the place. Constantly! :'(We stayed only two nights before we left for another tranquil resort in Puerto de Mogan.Wouldn't recommend this hotel or the neighboring hotel to my worst enemy!Also there's rats as the refugees throw food all over the place.

    Would give more stars if we could😁Isla Bonita apartments were fantastic Great location very clean beds comfortable and well equipped towels and bedding also changed even tho we Were only there a few days short walking distance to bars and restaurants as little local just steps away will defo return staff very friendly and helpful see youz next year thanks xx

    Good value for money. Stayed for a hen weekend apartments where clean and tidy. We where able to walk into the centre without issue . Gran canaria is hilly so may have been too much for someone not fit or able. Its only a few € in taxi so not too taxing. We needed somewhere reasonably priced, clean and close to the centre Isla Bonita done exactly that would go back again if looking for the same idea.
