Location

This apartment complex is situated 50 m from the sandy beach. The city centre can be reached within 100 m and offers plenty of restaurants. The hotel lies within a short distance (200 m) of various shopping venues, nightclubs and bars. There is also a stop for the public transport to be found just 150 m from the hotel.

Facility

12 apartments are available. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment complex provides a cloakroom, a safe, a currency exchange service, medical assistance and room service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Other services include a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. The complex has 12 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Leisure activities and facilities at the complex include cycling/mountain biking, golf and massage treatments or, for a fee, tennis. A dance club offers additional entertainment.

The dining area includes a non-smoking restaurant and a bar.

    A very comfortable and relaxing stay !

    The Flat was very clean, practical and very bright, full of natural light. The location was great: it was quiet, easy access to the beach and near transportation as most buses go to the Cita Shopping Centre. We did not use the pool area, because we were sightseeing every day, however, it looked clean and inviting. All the flats pool view which was nice ! Ramiro, the manager, kept in contact to with us throughout the stay and helped us some information and the daily cleaner was very polite and pleasant. Minor negatives are :It would have been even better to have a kettle, but it really was not essential as the microwave did the job. If an additional blanket was in the cupboard would have been helpful. There are steep steps going down from the street to the reception area.We would happily return there again !

    Just back from a week staying at Cordial Judoca and we will DEFINITELY stay here again. The apartments are spacious, clean and have all you need. Most of the time we were the only ones around the pool, so no having to get up early to grab a sunbed. The owner was super helpful and the place itself is perfectly located close to the beach, CITA and Yumbo centres.     Fantastic apartment - we cannot wait to return

    Spent a fantastic week at these apartments. The instructions we received to access the complex, pick up our keys and the wifi code were fantastic. The apartment are in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of 2 supermarkets, the seafront and shopping centres. We were in No.11 and were able to see the sea. The location is quiet but feels very safe when walking back late evening. The rooms and balcony are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Ramiro and the maid are both super friendly and helpful. They deliver fresh bread rolls every morning. We will definitely be returning again soon.     A spotless beautifully maintained property. Staff could not have been nicer and helpful. Beautiful bedroom and nicely laid out apartment, small complex with a lovely pool.     A wonderful experience from the moment I contacted Ramiro who looks after the Apartment Complex 2 weeks before we arrived. Spotless Apartment, only 2 minutes from Promenade & 6 minutes from the Cita SC. Jundi who also looks after the Apartment is so friendly. Very modern, safe & secure with nicely laid out pool area.
