  Cute, comfortable hotel in Las Palmas

  Had a wonderful experience at this charming hotel. Manager was a very helpful lady and just delightful to talk to. At check-in, she took the time to review a map of the local area with me and gave great advice about different neighborhoods to explore, bus routes, safety tips, and the like. My room had a very comfortable bed, all the amenities I needed, and a cute balcony right off of my bedroom. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and felt quite safe. I really prefer small hotels to large ones, and this boutique hotel did not disappoint. Highly recommended!   A nice tiled floor hotel entrance situated just off the beachfront. The grounds are nice, a couple of pools, standard rooms are tight, there is a balcony which helps. We tried to get upgrades but the jnr suite is facing the wrong way so not sunny & rather cold. Also would have costed another €248 for the week. We declined. A kettle is €8 extra, safe extra €25, towel extra. €10 is refunded for the safe. There are no fill ups after the first coffee tray. Showers in the room are hot and strong, towels changed frequently. Food in self service is plentiful, becomes a little samey after a while. Unfortunately became ill after having a seafood platter.. hotel was not that interested although others were also affected. There are various cabaret acts every night. If I am honest, I would give the hotel a 3 star, found the staff across the board quite bustling, not that interested in basic helpfulness. The female restaurant staff was more friendly, the male species a bit more posturing!   Beautiful cozy place in Grsn Canarias ,very clean ,comfortable beds ,quite and close to everything ,plus you got an excellent and helpful front desk ladies ,the Elena's are amazing ,don't think twice if you planning cone to Grand Canarias ,this is the best hotel in Town ,I will recommended to everyone .   They realized that they need more money…

  I made a booking on this hotel two months before!After 30 days they asked me to accept a change to my room, because of an overbooking mistake they made. They would give me the handicapped room! I asked them to send me photos of the room in order to check it and they said that they would do it the next days!After one month they finally cancelled the reservation without any excuse! The very next moment I checked again their availability on booking.com and daddaaaaa they had more rooms available with almost double price!!!Very professional behavior…

  An absolute gem

  One of the most wonderful things about this little family-owned and operated hotel is Marissa. And Elena! They are SO friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is also brilliant. A 20 minute walk to the main beach and promenade with lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars plus shops along the way. The old city with lots of cultural options is about 40 minutes walk, gentle pace but it is all on the flat and an interesting and pleasant walk. We got a taxi back to the hotel on one day. Plus, the Marina is just a 5 minute walk away. We loved looking at all the boats and enjoyed the many restaurants and cafes there. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. Great, comfy beds and good showers. We were able to access Netflix and Amazon Prime for choices on the tv. Lovely little balcony.We opted for the breakfast each day for stay and it was just right as a light option with very good coffee, fruit, yogurts and toast/pastries.
