    I’ve stayed here a few times great location the apartments are fine maybe a bit basic .. good facilities generally the weather is good all the year around… search david Hopwood he has a few better quality apartments in the building comes highly recommended

    We had an amazing time at last arenas definitely go back again staff were so nice couldn’t do enough for us only thing that I did not like the balcony floor was filthy everything else was great

    On ad said breakfast available no food here no cleaners basic room no shampoo we just said would not come back desk doesn't seem to know what they are doing

    This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed room was infested with coach roach 🪳🪳🪳 and other bugs we were moved to another room and that was also infected we ended up checking into another hotel for the remainder of our holiday when we complained the staff were rude and interested and said the manager was unavailable avoid this place like the plaque 😔

    There were very unpleasant "Animals Prohibited" signs plastered everywhere, but this didnt seem to apply to cockroaches, as there were plenty of them in our room!The kitchen had a rusty old fridge which looked awful but did work. As always in gran can all the staff were really nice, and the location is pretty good both for the Yumbo and the beach.It was very noisy, not because anyone was being noisy but just because the noise carried through the building. It also stank of smoke when we arrived,There is a rooftop terrace with nude and clothed sections and amazing views, but unfortunately when we visited in early may it was really windy and most days were overcast and slightly chilly- the pool was far to cold to swim in. The sunbeds on the roof and by the pool are very uncomfortable and non adjustable. Overall this was ok for a 2*, and the only thing that would put me off booking this hotel again was that there was never enough hot water to have a shower!
