    It was all unhygienic, with the toilet loose, the floor was not swept and smelled of smoke and many more things

    Never again what a terrible place we ended up going to another hotel was told there was a pool and balcony but was neither never even had a safety deposit box had to carry everything around with us I could go on and on about this room just letting people no before booking but I won't

    Central apartment, clean and well worth the money we paid, own key to get in , cannot fault it , stayed here for a week with my husband, comfy beds made every other day , lift always worked , no balcony but could open the window on a evening after we had been out

    I stayed as a solo traveller and wanted somewhere I felt safe. Key needed to enter the building after a certain time, so no one else can get in. If you arrive after check in time, they can leave you a key on a key box outside with a code. Close to the beach and supermarkets. Staff very nice and spoke good English. Room was simple but clean and was very cheap. Sometimes there is noise from the park in the night but not too loud. No balcony but the windows are huge and open all the way so it’s like a balcony Would recommend.

    Do not book this place is nothing like the pictures it's disgusting should not be allowed to have people staying here we booked with on the beach and had to pay to stay in another hotel in maspalomas this property does not deserve any stars its only got one as it wouldn't let me post
