Great Hotel, great staff great location

I have stayed at the Mannix Urban Hotel over the last four years, when I visit Las Palmas. The hotel is honestly such a home from home and in a perfect location. Accessible directly by the number 60 Global bus from the Airport. It is extremely clean and fresh, the kitchenette is a great addition and very well equipped. The bed linen is also so fresh and honestly the beds are just so comfortable. I always try and get a room with a balcony if there is one available as it is lovely to sit out there at night time and enjoy all the nightime views.Special thanks to Cristina and Daniel for everything. This hotel would not be the same with them. They go above and beyond for all their guests nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel most welcome by them. I look forward to my next visit soon. We loved our stay here.

We loved our week in our room here. The addition of a little kitchenette is so useful. The bedlinen and towels were of a superb quality and the king size bed was really comfortable. The wifi worked well. There’s plenty of storage. The location, round the corner from the beach, was fantastic. The street is busy but not noisy at night and we slept really well. Most of all, the staff were fantastic, really kind and helpful. Thank you. Comfortable room with all facilities.

Everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The added bonus was the customer service support from Christina and Daniel. The room was equipped with everything needed if you wanted to self cater. I had forgotten my phone charger and Daniel provided one that I could use for the week. Coming to the end of a montrh long stay at trhe Mannix apartments. The locastion could not be better to visit the wonderful city of Las Palmas and its world class Las Canteras beach.The staff were very helpful and the apartment was kept clean daily.We had some extreme heat early on and the lack of air con was an issue, but the staff were able to resolove that for us.
