Location

This apartment complex is situated in the second row back from the beach promenade. The town centre of Playa del Ingles is a 10-minute walk away, and a 5-minute walk from the complex guests will find restaurants, bars and links to the public transport. It is a 15-minute walk from the Kasbah and Metro shopping centres and Las Palmas-Gran Canaria Airport is around 40 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 18 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel offers a currency exchange service. Guests can also use the bicycle storage facilities.

    Great hotel. Very clean.Wifi worked greati will give Five stars!!!Housecleaning every day.Nice and warm pool. Pretty quiet place. There is also elevator. The beach is near, you can see it from balcony.

    Small apartment with great location! Everything you need is close: food markets, restaurants, car rental, shopping center, ocean... There is a pool but it’s not heated - don’t worry beach is nearby! Small kitchen in the room, so you don’t need to eat every day in restaurants. Very clean room and yard. Cleaner visited almost daily. Note: Only one key per room!

    Stayed here with my family, very ideal for a family as has cooking facilities and only a min walk even less to beach, very quiet area never once saw any drunk people, apartment cleaned everyday so was swimming pool, staff very friendly...... I have stayed in larger resorts and even tho better rooms this place is not fancy but no trouble or hassle, great nights sleep and right beside spar and a Chinese buffet.

    Marivista apartments are basic and affordable, situated very close to the beach promenade. Shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance.The kitchenette was well equipped, everything you need for basic cooking. There is a sofa and kitchen table+chairs. TV and safe (for extra charge). Wifi (for extra charge) worked ok but was sometimes very slow. Sun loungers and table+chairs on the terrace. The swimming pool is not heated and the water was very cold in January. The apartments are a bit dated but kept very clean and all the staff is very polite. Reception is situated in Tivoli apartments very close by.The only con was that on some evenings the entertainment show in the hotel near by was very loud. No noise insulation in bedroom, bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

    the apartment was clean and well serviced 2 minutes from the promenade and a short walk to the beach supermarkets ,shopping, restaurants and bars all close at hand a swimming pool and sun loungers at the front of the building
