This establishment is situated in the quiet and protected exclusive tourism district of 'El Campo Internacional de Maspalomas'. The bungalow complex enjoys a central location amidst broad tropical gardens and is no more than 1.5 km from Maspalomas beach and its sand dunes, which are a protected nature reserve. The Faro II shopping centre is around 500 metres away and features restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. The theme park 'Holiday World' is also just 500 metres from the establishment. Maspalomas' golf club and exhibition and congress centre are 1 km away, and Playa del Inglés beach is around 1.2 km away.

Facility

The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The bungalow complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, bowling and aerobics or, for a fee, squash. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with a smoking area, a café and a bar. Half board is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast, brunch, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety.

    The place is just perfect for a week or two in the sun and here is why.Code to get in on the main gate.A nice pool and a pool for juniorsA bar besides the pool in case you need to cool with an ice cream or a cold drink. And also hot food served. Also they have chisps and some pizza in case you are in the mood for them. Receptionclose everyday at 4pm. But they will contact you for info in rel to check in or where you will find your key of your place. One-, 4 days wifi 20 euros. And also not to forget. Slow wifi. The villa or the room has everything you might need for a normal stay, washing machine, toaster, coffee filter machine (coffee not provided) , TV (telly) with lots of channels to choose from. Also some radio stations (my fav was los 40 urban radio station). Good beds, firm mattresses. Overall a good place, in fact a deluxe place as they say it in the booking.

    After reading some historical reviews it would appear the site has undergone maintainace and refurbishment. We hired a delux bunaglo which was adequately equipped with everything we needed for a short stay including a working washing machine. The pool was a little colder than usual but i assume its not heated and cant really hold the hotel accountable. We arrived a little late to find reception closed, however, we were emailed clear instructions including the gate code and how to access our bungalow. There is a tennis court adjacent to the complex which blasts out hits from westlife, rihanna and boyzone till all hours from crica 2pm. It can be heard until around 1am even in the apartment with the windows closed as the bass travels. Peaceful i think not - location wise, its a 2 minute walk from holiday world where there is cabs to take you to the beach - they don't cost much. Its about a 18minute walk from the yumbo centre and 25 minute walk to the beach. There isnt a shop on site nor one close by.

    On our final night of staying here, we returned to our bungalow to find it had been broken into, with many valuables stolen. It was late and reception was closed, so after a very anxious night sleep we informed them first thing in the morning. After a quick inspection, it became clear how the thieves broke in - they gained access to our key by cutting into the key container attached to the outside of our bungalow wall. The hotels security was clearly not sufficient. This was not our fault nor responsibility, but the hotels. We had to spend most of our final day at the police station, to which you’d think they would have at least offered to pay for our taxi. We didn’t even get a sorry, let alone any compensation.Other than this horrible experience, the place has a nice pool area and is good value for money. Will not be returning nor recommending due to obvious reasons 😞

    1- reception opened only between 10 and 5pm and only 2pm during weekends. In case you have an issue in the evening you simply have to wait. Since I was cycling most of days , I struggled to meet someone to discuss cleaning issue.2- unless you ask for it rooms won’t be cleaned. I had to constantly remind to them to do it, which is annoying while on vacation: Since reception has little opening times, I ended up communicating with them by email!!3- bungalow is decent. However the quality of cutlery , pans , pots in the kitchen is ridiculous.4- swimming pool closed as early as 6pm and if you happen to stay one extra minute don’t expect the staff to be friendly with you 5- I forgot some clothes in the wardrobe and I never got them back. Hotel simply told me that they had been thrown away by customers who had entered the room without it to be cleaned. 6- this place could be nice if it was run professionally, but the combination of the above ends up giving a very bad taste at the end.

    Very nice complex to spend holiday in. Sort walk to Holiday world and to the Market.Bungalow very good and includes all we needed.The Swimming pool and the pool bar was excellent! Looking forward too come back.
