Facility

Guests have a choice of 389 non-smoking rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. Guests interested in excursions can get more information at the tour desk. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge (subject to availability). Other services include a car hire service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available. The congress service offers support with all aspects of event organisation.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe and, for a fee, a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are stocked with a hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone for everyday use. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 5 outdoor pools (no extra charge), while children have a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub (for a fee), a waterslide and a pool bar. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. For guests who wish to keep active, bocce and beach volleyball are available. The water sports offered include water aerobics (no extra charge). The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, pilates and table football or, for a fee, billiards. The hotel offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Meals

The dining area includes a piano bar. A cosy atmosphere and delicious food await guests in 5 non-smoking restaurants (high chairs are available). Catering options include all-inclusive and all-inclusive special. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We have just got back from a weeks stay here. Lovely hotel lovely staff and lovely food. Would highly recommend it for anybody who has a family and wants a good all round stay. Brilliant facilities loads and loads of choice of food which was beautiful every day. The only thing I would have to criticise is the second bed the kids slept on. It's advertised as a family room but the second bed was a pull out camp/sofa bed which was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever had to sleep on..as thin as a piece of paper and you could feel every single piece of bar/metal underneath you. Really I should have complained but as its not in my nature we just got on with things. So just be aware of this if you have a family . But apart from the tiny negative above we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend it to anybody.

    This hotel was honestly amazing all the staff are super friendly, the food and choice of different cuisine restaurants is very good. The pools are perfect to cool down in after laying in the sun. You can easily access food and drinks next to the pool as they’re are huts next to each of the pools they are easy accessible toilets next to the pools which are kept clean. The entertainment is really good as well for having a good dance later on in the evening. Over all I would hugely recommend this hotel it’s very good for a family holiday and I’m shocked it’s only rated 4 stars, it is easily a 5 star hotel for me.     Stunning hotel, clean and plenty to eat and drink.

    Hotels stunning and the beach not too far away. The hotel is modern and rustic very classy and welcoming. The entertainment staff are incredible- fun and friendly. Really enjoyed their shows and day time activities. The hotel staff could be more approachable if I’m being honest and a little more friendly, however overall they were nice. There’s plenty to eat and it’s available all day and night. Theres even a snack bar open through the night. You don’t go without food or drink. I would love to return and hope to get hooked up again soon. What I would say is there is an adult area and kids at the hotel but there were a lot of adults in the kids area that weren’t fond of the noise and kids running about. They were quite rude and would move sun loungers to be out the way of the kids. A few people asked if there was adult entertainment and not just kids so we told them there was an adult area. I’m not sure if this is something that needs making more clear when Booking or if people just didn’t look. Overall had a fab week.     Excellent hotel - would love to go back

    We were absolutely over the moon with our stay at the Maspalomas & Tabaiba Princess. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the hotel was — the whole place has such a stunning aesthetic, with gorgeous pools, tropical surroundings, and a really modern, relaxing atmosphere throughout.The pool area was particularly amazing and easily one of the highlights of the holiday. There was always plenty of sunbeds available, and the entire resort felt clean, spacious, and very well maintained.The food was incredible, especially in the Food Market buffet restaurant where we ate breakfast and dinner on 3 nights. The themed evenings were fantastic — we especially loved the Mexican night. Every evening they also had fresh meat stations where chefs cooked steak, chicken, and other meats right in front of you, which really added to the experience.We also dined in both the Asian and Italian restaurants (which are included on an 5 night stay) and thought both meals were excellent. The quality and variety of food across the whole hotel really exceeded our expectations.The poolside snack bars were another great touch and offered a huge range of food throughout the day including pizza, burgers, hot dogs, spaghetti bolognese, chicken nuggets, chicken drumsticks, and much more — perfect for keeping everyone happy between meals.There were also plenty of activities organised during the day, along with a wide range of evening entertainment in both the bars and on the main stage, which created a really fun atmosphere every night.The only very small negative would be that the juice machines at breakfast never seemed to work properly, but honestly this was such a minor issue in what was otherwise an amazing hotel experience.We would happily return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and beautiful all-inclusive holiday in Gran Canaria.
