Location

    The Incredible Entertainment Team

    The rooms were incredible, and I could not fault the staff there was a wide selection of food for everyone but for us this review is all about the amazing entertainment team. We booked back onto this hotel as in March this entertainment team were phenomenal. Unfortunately at the end of this month this entertainment team will no longer be there as there is a change in agency and this is a massive loss to the hotel as i would not expect the same standard of entertainment. These guys are incredible all the other staff and management also loved them. Jorje as the newest member of the team was so smiley loud and cheerful he was lots of fun and always tried his best with everyone. Goelle was incredible, especially with the children always managing to put a smile on my stubborn little boys face. He was so full of energy the children all loved him. Omar is the kind of entertainer you could always see coming his energy was contagious. He was amazing in the mini club and he gave everything he did his all. Nico he treated us like family and was always someone you could ask for helping hand his sense of humour put a smile on anyone’s face no matter the kind of day you were having. And last, but certainly not least Alberto his smile was contagious and his energy unmatchable he managed to have my little boy in hysterical laughter everytime he seen him he was not only amazing with the children but also with the adults he’s was always the first one up dancing clapping and getting everyone involved he would always be the loudest one cheering with the biggest smile on his face. We are absolutely gutted to be losing this team but the next lot of hotels who have the pleasure of working with these guys are all gaining the most beautiful people inside and out and we wish them so much luck and will definitely hope to see them at there next destinations.
