Location

The complex is situated in the heart of Puerto Rico, just a few metres away from the main bus stop. Nearby is the tourist information centre as well as the various sports facilities. The main shopping area with its bars and restaurants is a 5-minute walk away whilst the beach is a 10-minute walk. Las Palmas Airport is 65 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 18 apartments located in two 6-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a TV room, a car hire service, a laundry service, a fax machine and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and central heating ensures just the right temperature. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms. A safe and a minibar are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The apartment hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including tennis, fishing, windsurfing, diving, a beauty salon and a solarium.

    Great location, just 20 minutes from the airport. Wonderful converted building. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, which are immaculate. Great (late) check in, restaurant, and room service team. Communications good. Good selection of quality food at breakfast, with good coffee.Recommended. I will stay again.

    Nice hotel. Clean.Bus parking for tourist coaches is near but not accessible when events are taking place at the Lanxess Arena.

    We booked this hotel for 2 main reasons - it is very close to the arena (we went to a concert) and they have a private car park. Our room was very clean and quiet. There is a large breakfast buffet which was very good. A typical modern 4 star hotel. Would use again if we ever go to Cologne.

    Don’t be fooled by the A/C of hotel

    The air conditioner is a problem. During my stay, with decent out temperature like 25 degrees I can feel after the whole day of city tour and going back to room the room temperature is even higher than outside. One day it was really hot which had high 31 degree. With the air conditioner was totally gave up. It was a nightmare on that day. Second, my room was at top floor. There is a low headroom section. Somehow it is not marked or labeled for caution. In the night, a few times I bumped my head into it very badly. I told the story and suggestion to front desk but there was no response. Very bad.

    All is excellent, location is great, I had a room at the back on floor 4 which was completely quiet at night, room was very clean, staff were efficient, wifi worked fine,My only tiny negative is perhaps putting a bit of artwork or design into the bedroom as it is quite bland. I definitely recommend and would stay again.
