This apartment complex is located in Puerto Rico, about 800 m from the beach and 5 minutes from the city centre. The surrounding area offers several restaurants, bars and shops. Gran Canaria Airport is approximately 75 km away.

Facility

The apartment complex has a lift and features 45 apartments. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a cash machine, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service and a business centre are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active in the complex, including a spa and a solarium.

    The apartments were fairly basic but totally fine really. Beds comfy enough and apartment kept clean with towels and beds changed regularly. Though balcony was quite small the solarium area and area around the pool offered plenty of sunbeds. A good walk up and down to main Centre with option of using steps (a lot of them!) or just walking a bit further going down the road route.

    So first of all I'm in my mid 30s and I never complain about anything and I don't have high standards but first of all check in wasnt nice and he wasnt nice to deal with what so ever and the walls are like paper all you hear is doors banging constantly through the night and people raoring and shouting and the apartment wasn't cleaned properly even though they came every 2 days and the sockets were falling off the wall the shower holder didn't even hold the shower head the apartment looks lik it was thrown together and whenever we left our apartment in the evening we would come back and there was stuff moved around the apartment and one night we can back and the trip switch was pushed down and when we asked for a iron it was a big deal and I submitted for a late check out till 3 and he approved it and then we got a knock on the door at 12 telling us we need to be out of the room so we went out by the pool with our luggage and we still have the keys and it's 4 hours later and we vacated the room at 12.20 and he seen us by the pool he said to throw the key into the post box before we leave and the patio door doesn't lock it has a latch that has been fixed numerous times bottom floor apartment and I knew this was a 2 star when I booked but it was a complete shambles

    Excellent best place ive stayed so far in puerto rico. Immaculately clean, laundry changed every day except Sunday and Xmas day - brand new kitchen with everything for self catering - selection of glasses pots pans microwave toaster kettle large fridge freezer amazing view from balcony!! Friendly staff couldnt fault it xx

    We booked here as a last minute deal and really didn't know what to expect based on reviews and some of the older pictures.It is more an apartment setup than a hotel as the rooms have a bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen area, sitting area and balcony. Thr reception is purely for checking in and out... It has some chilled juice, alcohol and ice lollies. There is also a big selection of books to borrow.Out front there is a lovely pool which was cleaned and tested every day we were there, as well as a pool table.The whole complex is very secure, clean and has clearly been recently renovated. There is was no air con in the room but it did appear as though this might be in process of being installed?Our room was really clean and very quiet. All the apartments have a balcony and a view towards the centre and the beach.It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the main shopping area/centre and slight more to the beach, all downhill. Its around 30 flights of steps from the centre back up.. We loved the walking and steps to add to the exercise but if you don't a taxi is 2.65 euro back up the hill.The town itself has everything you'd need, I would definitely recommend going to the newer shopping centre, which had a massive Spar shop, lovely eating places and a much nicer vibe.If I was searching for a negative.. Our room was a twin room and it appears all of them might be... A double bed would be good. There was also a very crinkly plastic mattress protector on the beds (it can be removed!) The staff were lovely, very secure, very clean and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Would definitely recommend.
