  If you know Puerto Rico then you’ll know this hotel is up the mountain at the europa centre. Which is right across the road. So location good , but would recommend a car. The hotel is very quiet , there is no entertainment or park for kids and I did have it pointed out to us several times that it’s very quiet and people go for that reason while our 3 year old granddaughter is standing there. There is a bar Monday to Saturday open from 10 to half 3 You can use Colina Mar hotel and facilities and pay to use the all inclusive. The hotel is great . Cleaning every other day. Room has microwave, fan, 2 ring hob, coffee machine, toaster . Hair dryer , payable safe . We were ground floor and had 2 huge terraces front and back. There is a dish towel, washing up liquid a sponge and cloth which was a good touch . Recommend the mercadona or the big hyperdino at the Mogan centre as very cheap but again only handy if you have a car. Highly recommend Friday market in Mogan by boat . Oh and if you are leaving on a Sunday make sure you open the gate before leaving your apartment or you’ll be locked in.

  When we came, we felt like at home straight away:) .Location iš amazing, very beautiful view from both balconies! Very quiet. Rooms are super clean! Cleaning was done every 2 days,sometimes everyday! Been there for 13n and price was really really good. Staff is very friendly. Pool area very clean,no parties, very calm place. Recommending who wants calm and sunny mornings in the balcony :)Had problems with moscitos inside,so close the balcony doors at night and turn on fan because it's boiling inside 😂

  Mixed feelings due to safety concerns

  Our initial experience at this accommodation was positive, offering good value for the price. The location was peaceful, and the cleaning service was excellent. However, our two-week stay took a concerning turn towards the end.After spending an evening with family at Colina Mar, we returned to find both our front and back doors wide open, along with all the bedroom cupboards. We were certain everything was locked and closed upon our departure. Fortunately, nothing was stolen, as we had our valuables with us and moved everything else to our family's room for safety. Other guests reported similar issues with their doors being open as well.The lack of on-site reception made reporting the incident difficult. The next morning, staff at Colina Mar were initially concerned, but a manager dismissed our concerns, claiming it was impossible. They checked the locks and found no issues, yet couldn't explain how the doors had opened. The response was underwhelming, with one staff member even expressing annoyance at having to deal with the situation on their day off. The manager later suggested the wind was responsible, which seemed unlikely given that it hadn't happened before and the doors were locked. While we initially considered returning, these security concerns have made us reconsider. Despite the lovely area, we can no longer recommend this accommodation due to the lack of security.

  Lovely quiet place to stay, perfect for what we wanted. Don't expect restaurants and entertainment this is not the place for that. It's relaxed and looked after wonderfully by the very small staff who go above and beyond for you. Thank you for an amazing stay

  These appartments are just lovely two balconies hot water wifi in a brilliant location .If youve come to just lay by the pool all day expecting food and drinks on tap then these arent for you .If you want a perfect base to relax sleep and a lovely view then these appartments are fantastic ! Really enjoyed our stay here and no doubt we would go back but the worlds a huge place so many things to see so many places to go .
