Location

This apartment complex is located in the centre of the tourist area of Playa del Ingles, only about 800 m away from the beach. Close to the complex, guests will find the Yumbo shopping centre and numerous entertainment venues as well as links to the public transport network. The nearest airport is some 30 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 150 apartments, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus.     Stayed for 10 days, room 501. Stayed at the hotel in May for a number of years. Keeps calling us back.The hotel offers professionalism in overload.     February 2026Stayed for a week at the beginning of February. Ideally located to everything restaurants Yumbo etc. Staff from reception to departure were really friendly and welcoming. Cleaners did a great job of all areas. Pool area was fine never too busy so no issues getting a sunbed. Room totally sufficient for our needs. All in all a great stay hence we have now booked to stay again in May 2026, September 2026 & January 2027.     I highly recommend staying here, I’ve stayed in many hotels in this area over the last 20 years and this is now by far my favorite. Staff were extremely friendly, rooms are spotlessly clean, good facilities in room and around the hotel, laundry room etc, WiFi works well👍. Great pool , restaurant and bar area.
