Location

The hotel is located 5 minutes' walk from beach, overlooking the town of Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. The complex is centrally positioned and ideal for those looking for a lively holiday. It is only a few minutes to the centre of the resort and benefits from a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, discos, fun bars and other entertainment options nearby. The nearest bus station is about 2 km away.

Facility

A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 76 apartments. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The apartment hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     This apartment complex is really good but there are some things that they could improve, For instance there is no A/C and no fans either, if this was provided then I would have actually scored this place a 5, now I’m a realist, this is a budget hotel and also is at the top of a very steep hill, but besides that the complex itself is spotless and the staff are all really nice, the pool was clean and the complex is undergoing upgrades that look really modern, overall experience I like this place, and the only let down for me was the lack of A/C or fan. Extremely good value for money for a quick get away for us though and the local area has plenty shops and bars to explore and the local beach is very close about a ten minute walk, hope that helps anyone wanting to come here. I am very surprised it’s a 2 star also cause I’ve stayed in terrible 3 stars before, that are not even close to the standard this place is.     Used to be peaceful, sadly not anymore.

    Stayed here 5 times but won't be returning. The rooms are clean and the views are lovely but the music around the pool area is dreadful and quite inappropriate at times for families with children. We used to love the peaceful location but this has been ruined by the intensely loud dance music played in the bar area. Such a shame. We will go back to the Morasol Suites from now on.

    Very good no frills value at these apartments. Very clean and well appointed with fridge, microwave, hairdryer. You will need an iron!The bed linen was spotless, towels could do with a re-fresh. Regular cleaning service as well. Large balcony with pool view.Excellent small supermarket in lobby.No lift and one of us nearly fell as heavy cases up two flights is not easy.The pool and cafe bar were spotless, recently refurbished and very pleasant. Staff were an odd mixture of friendly, helpful and silent or grunting. Very hilly resort (as Gran Canaria is) and be prepared to walk to the top of the hill or around €5 for a taxi to the harbour. The town centre is a short walk from the harbour (restaurants and beach) to the centre where there is a mall (shops downstairs) and bars and clubs upstairs. Good vibes, some nice eateries and worth a visit. Taxi rank nearby to easily get back to the local hotels, felt very safe and welcoming.     Natural Park - nice, clean and peaceful

    Very clean, well taken care of and peaceful hotel on top of a hill. The most perfect sunset view from all of the balconies and from the beautiful pool area. A nice little playground and a football playing area for the children. Hiking trails on the hills start from the hotel gates. Minimarket open 24/7 with all the basic necessities. I have stayed here with small children twice and would definitely do it again.

    Lovely place to stay , very friendly staff . Rooms are immaculately clean even the balcony and out side seating . Beds are super comfy to. Great location , nice walk to local shops and restaurants and a little bit further to the beach . The hill is a bit of a killer on the way back up but for €5 a taxi is well worth it . Also brilliant views from our room
