  Nice apartment handily located.

  5 out of 5 from me. Simple, basic, clean and cheap! The rooms are basic I guess, but look like they’ve been decorated recently with a new kitchen. The room was clean when we arrived and once cleaned once during our sis night stay. The pool are seems to get the sun for most of the day, although for most of the time we were the only people using it, so enough loungers to go around. Handy for the beach, and the shopping centre where most of the restaurants are. Coms was good, email with details of where to find the lock box and code. No negatives at all.

  Room ok, but no reception servoce

  On arrival no details of how to get the key were given. Calling the number I was rudely told that the information had been emailed to me, this was not the case. No reception service all week at the Miami Beach as they were on holiday. Reception was supposed to be open at 10 on the Saturday, waited over an hour to try and arrange a late check out which Jess willing to pay for, and again rudely told on the phone that this wasn’t possible.   I am currently staying here and the conditions are not acceptable. When we receive the keys of our room we called the manager because the room we have booked had a balcony which our room does not have, after 10 minutes arguing with the manager about what I have booked and what he wanted to gave me I decided to desist because the attitude of the manager started to be some kind of aggressive. Beides this minor incident, the room was not cleaned before our arrival and we have had to clean the room by ourselves because they told that it was impossible to meet our standards which were: no blood stains,no other people hairs, clean fridge, shower without fungus, clean toilet and only the housekeeper tried to help us cleaning couple things. This is only day 1 and the manager never apologize or tried to find a solution, just told us; “go and complain to your travel agency”Objective things to know:Pictures in the website are old (from the time they renew the hotel) and the general condition of the place is acceptable always if you insist with the cleaning. Paint is falling from walls, curtains are dirty and smelly.Location is one of the best, cool neighborhood at just one block from the beach. Supermarkets, drugs stores, bar, restaurants and some other stuff very close by walking. The neighborhood is very safe, so you can park in the street if you want

  Winter sun & sea!

  Stayed for 10 nights in appt 3A, basic appt, nice quiet area, great for just chilling!!! very central to beach, supermarkets, park area. Fabulous for walking to other areas, sea was safe for swimming & so near, bliss!!

  There are 12 apts- 1b to 6b on the lower floor and 1a to 6a on the upper floor. The lower apts are partly below ground but at least 1b to 4b get some sun. I stayed in 6a.I enjoyed staying here because of the location - 4 minutes to beach, 2.5km to Maspalomas, 5 minutes to San Agustin Centre (shops, bars and restaurants) and situated near 'parkland'. The apartment was basic but clean and quite acceptable. Picking up the keys out of hours was ok - they send an e-mail with comprehensive instructions (although you might need a torch to read the numbers on the combination lock).However if I had been staying in apt 5b or 6b I would have given a poorer review.
