Location

This comfortable complex is located about 200 metres from the sandy beach and the nearest links to the public transport network and 500 metres from the shopping area of Puerto Rico with its restaurants, bars and nightspots. Guests will find a number of attractions nearby including theme parks (5 km/20 km), the dunes of Maspalomas and the port of Mogan (both 20 km) and the park Mundo Aborigen (25 km). It lies 70 km from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and guests will find Playa de Amadores, Playa de Taurito, Playa de Mogán and Playa del Inglés all nearby. It is just 55 km from the airport.

Facility

181 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a safe, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Sport

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 2 indoor and outdoor pools. The freshwater pool area, which is in part heated, also has a children's pool. With snorkelling or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, sailing, catamaraning and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis and darts or, for a fee, billiards, bowling and squash. A wellness area with a solarium is available to guests. For a fee, massage treatments are also offered.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The apartment hotel also offers special catering options.

    Lovely Hotel

    We are here now and although it’s still a great hotel, it has gone downhill since our last visit. Rooms are a great size and have everything that you need. Although the maid service is terrible. It would help if brooms were available so we could sweep the floors and not have to crawl around on hands and knees with a dustpan and brush. Maids have swept the floors twice in the 8 days we have been here. I asked for sheets to be changed yesterday and she didn’t enter the bedroom to do any cleaning and left the sheets and duvet covers on the sofa for me to make myself. My daughter in the room next door was told no when she asked for the bedding to be changed. No mini disco for the little ones at all, I spoke to Ibai and was told Wednesday so we will see if it’s on. One of the reasons we chose to stay here was for the kids entertainment. He’s a lovely friendly guy but I wonder if he knows what mini disco is. He plays music so loud , im sure he thinks we are in a club and not a family hotel. The fact everyone cheered when the barman turned it down says it all. Pool is great and always plenty of sunbeds, shop onsite is very reasonable. The snack bar is very good, and value for money.     This is our second visit to hotel Revoli and we will definitely be back. All the staff were welcoming, rooms cleaned & fresh towels every day. Pool area is always spotless & pool very warm, with plenty of activities if you wanted to join in.     Fab as always.. except one thing

    We have been coming to this fantastic hotel for 19 years now, sometimes multiple times a year. We absolutely love it, the staff across the hotel are amazing, hard working and friendly making us feel so welcome. Aimed, Andoni, Julio, Silviu, Monica, Alexis, Saro, Esther, Paco, Yasmina, Denis, the pool maintenance staff and housekeepers-you are all fantastic and deserve so much praise!Now a negative, Vladimir the entertainer was awesome , a lovely young man with a great personality who took the time to engage with everyone but has unfortunately moved to another hotel. That left us with Ibai. He is not nearly as good at the job, appearing to want to do as little as possible. For our last 3 days, aquagym did not happen even though it was scheduled, as he preferred to do water polo and the pool mat for over an hour. Even then he was more interested in sorting music out on his iPad or making sure his hair looked ok instead of interacting. He didn’t do activities for all abilities, many older people like the aqua gym and are not going to run across a pool mat so where is their opportunity to be included. He is, in our opinion, not a good representative for Revoli , attempting to do as little as possible, disappearing for long periods of time. Nothing will stop us returning to this hotel but the entertainer is unprofessional.     Avoid room 112 if you can

    Hotel is lovely, room was clean and spacious. welcome bottle of water tea and coffee Now for bad bit, room 112 looks out a wall, there is no screen between you and next balcony so no privacy, and anyone could easily come over if you leave your doors open.The basketball net is level with your balcony and underneath you is pool table and tabletennis which is open till 11pm. They also do archery.
