  Stayed for a couple of nights as a break away from the so called spring weather. Bedroom modern and clean.Excellent service from attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend .   I spent a week at the occidental Las Palmas on a business trip and the staff were fantastic. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good each day. A special mention goes to receptionist Laura Afonso who answered all our questions, gave great advice and was super efficient in everything she did.   Needs overhaul. Was put in an accessible room for no reason. Sink was leaking onto floor and pipe was completely rotten. Noise from road. Phone didn't work and got woken up late.Did not take my diet into account. However, we would like to clarify a few aspects of your stay to provide you with a more complete perspective.Regarding your wake-up call request, our team attempted to contact you at the requested time; however, we discovered that the room phone was not working properly at that moment. Our receptionist immediately went up to your room in less than five minutes, knocked on your door, and you confirmed that you were already awake. Afterward, you went down to reception, and according to our records, you did not miss your transfer.Regarding the picnic breakfast, we regret that it did not meet your expectations. Please note that, unless we are mistaken, we were not informed in advance of any specific dietary requirements, either by your travel agency or during your stay. Had we known your preferences, we would have been happy to adapt the picnic breakfast. Nevertheless, we apologize for any inconvenience.We also sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues mentioned, such as the sink and telephone, which do not reflect our usual standards. That said, we would have greatly appreciated it if you had informed us during your stay, as our team is available at all times and we would have immediately arranged technical assistance or offered you a room change to ensure your comfort.Regarding room assignments, please note that we only have two accessible rooms in the entire hotel, and these are assigned based on availability.
