Location

This hotel is located in the tourist centre of San Augustin, approximately 100 m from the nearest beach. The town centre is just 500 m away; the shopping centre 1 km from the hotel. There is a regular public bus service departing from a stop located close to the hotel. The airport is about 30 km away.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. 3 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a car hire service, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service and a page service. A projector is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning, adjustable central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. Rooms have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including aquafit, a gym, yoga, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Guests can enjoy indoor activities, including pilates. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

    Fabulous stay- amazing staffLovely stay in this beautiful hotel. We could not find fault in anything during our stay. All the staff could not have been more kind and helpful and with a smile. The service was fantastic everywhere we went. I didn’t catch everyone’s name but everyone made sure we were so well looked after. We stayed in the reserve area - the breakfast staff including Stefanie could not have been more accommodating. The all day food and drink provision and waitress service round the pool was perfect and all staff members again went out of their way to look after us. The evening meals were delicious and again nothing was a problem.Estafano the aqua aerobics instructor was such good fun - the class was the best exercise class ever - he has such a fab personality and clearly loves his job! Sergio, Ludo and Jorge were amazing in helping us at all times particularly when we had a health issue. Fabulous stay- thank you!

    Nice hotel, not suitable for children that love pool activities.

    Hotel was perfectly fine, but if you have children that like the water, give it a miss. All ball games and inflatables are prohibited in the pool. This didn’t impact us as we’re both sixty, but it was tough to see littlies prevented from using the pool with their inflatables. The lifeguards were very strict about this.     Beautiful hotel but not 5 star

    Currently halfway through our stay at Paradisus Gran Canaria and wanted to share some initial thoughts.First impressions are really positive — the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning sea views, a stylish modern aesthetic and immaculate grounds. Everything feels very clean, contemporary and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere is calm and luxurious without feeling pretentious.We’ve been really happy with our Junior Suite overall, and for two adults and two children it’s a decent size. A lovely touch was the complimentary dressing gowns for the children, which they were very excited about.However, we were disappointed not to have any balcony space whatsoever, as we had expected one when booking. It’s made drying swimwear, towels and swimming jackets surprisingly difficult, as there’s very limited drying space anywhere in the room.The Gastro Hall buffet restaurant has been excellent — consistently clean, well organised, with good service and a really varied range of food. Breakfast in particular has been lovely every morning.One area that could definitely be improved is the Canna restaurant. On a couple of occasions there have been very long queues, people pushing ahead, and it didn’t feel especially well managed during busy periods.Unfortunately there have also been a few incidents where parts of the pool have had to temporarily close due to children soiling themselves, which obviously isn’t ideal, although appreciate this is difficult for the hotel to fully control.Overall though, we are really enjoying our stay so far. The hotel itself is genuinely beautiful and has a very relaxed, modern feel that works especially well for families.

    Lovely, spotless clean hotel. Food was lovely in all restaurants and the buffet was lovely too. Staff were very welcoming, in all restaurants, especially hazel in the buffet restaurant. Booking restaurants was so easy to do and get. Pools were very nice, plenty of clean towels too. Drinks were of high quality and lots of choice. Entertainment was good, something for everyone. Didn’t feel the need to upgrade to the reserve. Hotel right on the beach. Rooms were lovely and clean with maids coming twice daily. The only downside is there is not a lot around the hotel but we found we didn’t need to go out as enough going on inside the hotel. Daily yoga , meditation and stretching classes which one of our party did and said the lady was very good. A good all inclusive with premium drinks and good quality food. We would definitely return.
