The complex is located just 1 km from “Playa del Inglés” beach and is renowned for its beautiful gardens. “Gran Chaparral” lies within a stone’s throw of the hotel and offers a selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The nearest sandy beach is 1.5 km away.

Facility

24 apartments, 24 studios and 72 double rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and an auxiliary building. This bungalow complex has a lift and a reception desk. Amenities include a safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available.     Excellent value for money, quiet, comfortable and well equipped

    We are coming to the end of our 11 night stay, this is a complex of duplex bungalows, the one we stayed in was two bedroom and one bathroom, there is also a living area with sofa and TV, then a kitchen area with fridge freezer full size, hob and microwave, all the basics you could need to self cater are provided. The bedroom upstairs has a ceiling fan and there is a wardrobe and mirror, beds are comfortable and there is a door that leads out to a balcony. The bathroom is shower which has good pressure and plenty of hot water, when it runs out it heats up fast. The downstairs bedroom is also twin with wardrobe and mirror, the windows have mesh on them to prevent any bugs getting in. The property is surrounded by a high fence. Outside to the front is a terrace with table and four chairs and you get your own small garden with two sun loungers, the complex has a very quiet and relaxed vibe, the nearby hotels weren't really noisy and didn't affect us. There is a tennis court and small exercise area. And there is a communal pool area with plenty of sunbeds, the pool isn't heated in the summer but it was warm enough. Cleaners will clean every day unless you don't want them to and towels and bed linen changed every 3 days. The complex is situated nearby to several restaurants we would recommend Britannia for breakfast and grill cho juaa for dinner. This complex is literally also ten minutes walk from yumbo. There is also a safe in the room with deposit and small charge. We haven't needed to ask the reception for anything but every time we went through and someone was interacting with them they seemed very helpful and accommodating

    Just had an amazing week here. The apartments are really good. I will stress basic, but remember this is not a 5* Spa resort. It's a small hotel!. Anyway lovely apartments, very clean, quiet snd relaxing. Staff are wonderful. Comfy beds too!

    7 night stay. Our bungalow was perfect for a family of four with teenagers. Maids came and cleaned our room daily except on Sunday. Sheets changed once and towels 4 times. Found beds and pillows comfortable and apartment clean. The maid even washed our patio mid stay.Reception staff polite and helpful.Found pool to be warm and clean.I think replacing the umbrellas at the pool is needed.You cannot expect too much when the price is so reasonable compared to other places. If you want 5 star accommodation this isn’t for you but if you want clean basic and friendly place then you can’t go wrong at parquemar

    Adequate but needs attention to repairs

    Just returned from a 7 night stay in a 2 bedroom duplex apartment. Bungalow was clean but in need of some repair, rendering falling off walls outside, cracks etc. Approximately half of the bungalows are privately owned. Kitchen adequate with table and chairs, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, temperamental two ring induction hob. Adequate pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for light meals. Great location with lots of supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby. Lovely beach about 15 min walk. Beds and pillows comfortable, showers ok. Ceiling fan in bedroom upstairs fab. Storage for clothes inadequate with just a wardrobe but we managed. Garden area very pretty and well maintained. Sun loungers very comfortable and great idea.Pool very disappointing, water appeared dirty with loose and missing tiles. Didn’t see anyone attend to the water whilst we were there, pool not very deep, lifeguard on duty. Water was warm.As others have previously mentioned there is a lot of noise from nearby hotels at night but this stops at 11pm and didn’t really bother us.Staff very friendly and helpful, we bought our tickets for the waterpark at reception, taxi was ordered for us too when we were going. We did enjoy our stay and would certainly return to the area, not sure if we would return to the Parquemar, feel it needs some TLC and attention to repairs.

    We stayed at Parquemar for 10 days and it was fantastic.We stayed in number 56 which is at the back and faces away from the pool. It had a huge terrace with sun all afternoon and evening. The two bedroom bungalow was spacious, well equipped and clean. Only thing I would say is there aren’t many sockets in each room. There was a bit of noise from the bars and hotels around but you’re in a busy holiday resort so understandable and it never stopped us or our 6 month old from sleeping.Pool area is lovely and we never struggled to get a sunbed even in the afternoon. Reception staff were fantastic. We enjoyed it so much we’re already looking to return soon!
