Location

The apartment hotel is located in the tourist resort of Puerto Rico, Mogán, in the southwest of the island. It is situated 100 metres from the sandy beach and crystal-clear waters where guests can practice any sport. The establishment is approximately 40 km from Gran Canaria Airport and there are numerous taxi services and buses that connect to Puerto Rico.

Facility

116 single rooms and 37 double rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. At this apartment hotel, which includes a lift, guests are warmly welcomed by the English-speaking staff.     Pidgeon euthanasia.

    Didn't stay there but overlooking the Potonovo Aparatments and seen a cage with 2 trapped Pidgeons in the blazing sun trying to escape in the blazing sun so rang the said apartments and was told the company comes every 24 hrs to collect the birds to euthanize them we are talking about 2 Pidgeons with miles of air space and just because they are causing a nuisance they have to be killed.we are staying in the Marina Bay above the said apartments and have a few Pidgeons that come here to pick up bits of food but not a problem we were going to come back here for a holiday I September but I don't want to have to look at such cruelty. Hope this gets to prospective renters.

    Could not fault these apts. There on the flat close to the beach, restaurants and shop. We stayed in 235 and had a beautiful view of the marina, the room had everything you needed, only downside was no air conditioning, which was fine in October . The reception staff and housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend these apts.

    Having been to Portonovo several times before I changed my booking with Loveholidays to these apartments. I was charged an extortionate amount to do so, but thought we would get an outstanding apartment as last year we had a brand new refurbished suite for approx £800 less. We were below a private apartment & I had to complain about them drilling at 11.30 pm. In all fairness it was quiet after that. The apartment was basic, but did have aircon. I was dissapointed for the price I paid, but can not fault Michael & the reception staff who were very customer service orientated. There does appear to be a lot of renovation work going on, so hopefully all rooms will be refurbished to a high standard to reflect the price. I think the whole senario was a Loveholidays glitch, but thats another story!

    We stayed here for a week in September...location is perfect..the view we had was amazing room 442...the staff on reception were really nice and very helpful..all staff we encountered were very friendly...the rooms were basic but clean...only downside was no air con but it really didn't bother us...would gladly go back here again...

    These are really great apartments, fabulous location near the beach, lovely staff, thank you Andre and Michael at reception, very clean ( although sometimes need to request). Highly recommend a superior suite, spacious and comfortable (bed is a little hard but probably good for you!). We had a fabulous time here and we would go back. Thank you! PS we didn't need the A.C. Wi fi on request, couldn't automatically join.
