Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this hotel is situated in a quiet area in Playa de Taurito, right by the beach. The nearest bus stop is just 5 minutes' walk (500 m) away.

Facility

The hotel was renovated in 2024. 404 non-smoking rooms, including 97 junior suites and 17 suites, are available to guests in a 7-storey main building and a 6-storey auxiliary building. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 5 lifts. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Travellers with their own cars can use the parking spaces (for a fee) (subject to availability). Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book 5 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. There is a poolside snack bar as well. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers archery (no extra charge). With water aerobics or, for a fee, jet skiing, banana boat rides and parasailing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, squash and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. After a long day, guests can recharge in the wellness area, which offers a sauna or, for a fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar, a lobby bar and a piano bar. A cosy atmosphere and delicious food await guests in 2 non-smoking restaurants (high chairs are available). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Absolutely fantastic. The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly, and the food was absolutely amazing. We are definitely going to be back. The rooms were lovely, great value for money, and the view was beautiful from the balcony. The location and sea view was spectacular. The staff were very polite and created a great atmosphere.     We visited this hotel on May 15th.Initially, we had a basic room,was nice but we found quite small, especially as we were travelling with our 16 year old teenage son and wanted him to have his own space. We decided to upgrade to one of the suites, which also included the Esencia package. The upgrade cost €640 (€540 if paying cash this was for the 4 nights we had left of the holiday )The suite was amazing very spacious, with a separate room for our son. All rooms have a sea view, and once we upgraded, we were able to use the comfier beds and could have bottled water, bottled Pepsi , and I believe the alcohol drinks were also supposed to be better but I don’t really drink. (I do think bottled water should be available to all guests)We tried the restaurant included with the gold band for dinner, but unfortunately the food was freezing cold and honestly inedible. Maybe it was because we went around 8:30pm, but it was terrible. After that, we decided to stick to the main buffet, which had plenty of choice and the food was always hot.Only downside was always super busy and the staff are slow broken glass was left for a good 10 minutes one night, tables not cleaned and ready for guests so lots of waiting around for a tableWe did use the gold band restaurant for breakfast though, and that was always amazing — much calmer too!The snack bar was nice, serving your basic burgers, pizza, and chips. However, there were lots of birds around, which put me off.There were plenty of sunbeds, and towels were included and could be replaced daily.The entertainment was very disappointing, so if you’re looking for good entertainment, this hotel probably isn’t for you. There was also no real atmosphere around the pool even just a bit of background music would have been nice. Lifeguards were very strict and stopped kids from playing with balls or using floats in the pool.One thing I do think the hotel needs to improve on is the Esencia wristbands for children. My son was constantly questioned by lifeguards if we weren’t sitting with him. At one point, they even made him call my mobile for me to get back to the bed to make sure we were esencia even though he is 16 years old.He was also never able to get bottled water because he had a blue wristband. We paid a lot of money for the upgrade, so he should have been able to enjoy the perks too.The upgrade I don’t believe it is worth it if your not fussed about the rooms, food was good in normal restaurants and the only other perk was the sun loungersThere were lots of lovely areas to sit and relax, and the reception staff were great very helpful throughout our stay.The air conditioning smelt like eggs during the day. Maintenance did come to check it and found cardboard blocking the vents, although they weren’t sure why.We visited a lovely beach about 10 minutes away called Amadores Beach, which was beautiful, sandy, and had crystal-clear water.The water park was reasonably priced too around €20 for two people.The shops opposite the hotel were good, but be careful when paying by card.     Fab week in this lovely hotel

    We found this hotel good value for money and offered a lovely relaxed week away. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily with towel change. Pool towels are provided and you can change these during your stay. The location is quiet but you have the added extra of a daily free bus to Puerto de Morgan. We got the number 9 bus to Puerto Rico which took about 10 minutes and only cost €1.40 each way. Plenty of choice for meals. Would definitely return and spoke with other holiday makers who had been several times. You have to pay for bottled water so I would suggest taking a refillable bottle with you.     Super friendly hotel in a great location with all sea facing bedrooms. Hotel so clean with staff constantly cleaning everywhere.Food is amazing so much choice.Rooms big with a balconyEvening entertainment, shame there was not more dancing for the older clients who clearly wanted to dance.
