    Very nice and clean place with a beautiful view. The more ”modern” pictures are the accurate ones. The place was very calm and at top of the building there is a terrace with sun beds and a pool. The location is a bit up so there are some stairs to walk, but it is worth it for the nice view. Would definitely stay here again!

    I had an amazing week at puerto principal! Nice clean apartment facing the port (all do) with supernice outside space. The staff is wonderful and helpfull and the pool area is 5+. You can relax and sometimes have the rooftop all to your self! There is a fiar bit of stairs/upphill street but it is definetly wort it! Will come back if i visit gran canaria again! All the love /Malin

    The apartments are modern and quite roomy (if you are just 2 people). The staff is friendly and very helpful. We did not try the pool as we prefer the beach, but it seemed clean and the pool area was okay too. The location is more or less perfect! It is at the end of a small street (so very little noise from cars, lorries etc), rather high up the mountain so you get a nice view and literally next to the stairs which lead directly to the beach (saves you a lot of time compared to walking the streets). The patio/balcony in front of each apartment is large with both chairs, table and sunbeds (for 2 people).We had a great week and will not hesitate to recommend this apartment hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Puerto Rico.

    Puerto Principe has 13 apartments which is newly renovated. Apartments are are very delightful with excellent comfort. Very good beds (best i have tried in Puerto Rico Gran Canaria).Very friendly and helpful staff.

    Very loud ac. 3€ from town to hotel incl. tip with taxi. Otherwise you can walk down quite easily if you do not have knee problems. Nice view. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Hard mattresses. You can ask for a softer one but that was still very hard. Bring your own washing up liquid. Good water pressure in the shower.Wifi a bit slow but free and available in lounge and swimming pool area. Good bedside lamp.Since there's a water boiler no need to buy water but boil and pour into bottles and into the fridge. Good for the environment, your wallet and your back.
