  Due to a very poor design the showers flood the bathrooms water gets under flooring and there is a constant stale smell because of this. I reported the issue on our first visit and was told the issues would be fixed this was our third visit in two different apartments still the same issue.We are Booked to return in August we are going to try and change accommodation.Reception is only open five afternoons a week 12:00 till 20:00 there is no courtesy room or showers when leaving if you have a late flight.The majority of apartment’s including swim up rooms don’t get any sunshine till early afternoon so if you a re a sun worshiper these are not the apartments for you.

  Clean and airy apartment. It was cleaned 3 times when we were there. Near the beach and shops, restaurants and bars. Good location. However, the noise from the busy main road which was just below our apartment was very loud at night. Cars, Lorry’s and motorbikes use this road 24/7. So take earplugs if you are going.

  Clean Apartments but no courtesy room on last day.

  Automated check in was not a problem and there is a back up by ringing for a person to help you if needed. Our apartment was clean and towels changed every two days. All the communal areas were kept spotless and well maintained. The cleaning staff & maintenance team do an excellent job. The location is very good and 5 mins walk to beach and 10 mins to the Commercial centre, without any steep hills or steps. The only downside was reception is not open every day and only limited hours. The day before our departure the reception was closed so we were unable to find out if we could keep the room later as we had a late flight time. There was no where to get a shower before our departure and no where to keep our cases as reception had to close early again. This spoiled our last day as we had to sit outside with our cases with no facilities and no air conditioning.

  Great location, great views

  We opted for the swim up balcony room and couldn't believe how spacious it actually was. Air conditioning was a blessing, even with it being located in the living room, it doesn't take long for the bedroom to feel like a fridge, which was a blessing in the heat! Only a brief walk to the beach and shopping centre, highly recommend

  We booked 2 apartments here at this beautifully renovated hotel, rooms were spotless, pool area is lovely and not too busy. The hotel has swim up rooms available to book as well which we will be considering for our next visit as we will definitely be returning. Very convenient for location, no high steps just a small hill to climb with gradual gradient. This is our 3rd time visiting the island and by far our best. The location was very ideal for our trip and we cannot wait to revisit.
