Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Half board is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet and dinner are served every day. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Rubbish suppose to be 5 star.Evening food awful and cold no choice for kids. Dessert choices very limited.The wi fi didn’t work we told reception but it still didn’t get fixed while we were there.Hotel run down and in need of severe tlc and upgrade

    Stayed for the second time at the Radisson. Unfortunately this experience fell well below the 5 star expectations.We arrived fairly late 10pm, check in was fairly fast and was offered refreshments whilst we waited. Unfortunately the reception is in need of some TLC, walking in to a 5 star hotel to be greeted with shabby flooring that is worn away in several parts is not a great first impression. Other areas of the hotel are also in need of repair, the swimming pool is missing tiles and lots of the flooring is miss matched and broken.. Breakfast was nice with plenty choice but was so busy and chaotic with ques to get in breakfast then ques to sit outside, staff cleaned the tables quickly. We swapped our evening meal for lunch which was easy enough to do, food was nice although we had undercooked chicken nuggets one day which put us off. Ques again for this were huge and not enough space for lunch time eating. You could have a takeaway and eat it at your room or sunbeds, this wasnt advertised very well but would have eleviated ques had it been.The main issue with the bar areas was the total lack of staff, it takes forever to get a drink que after que, for a 5 star the service was a joke.Rooms were clean and tidy however housekeeping didnt replenish the tea and milk so several times we had to request more.The hotel is in a good location with bars and restaurants just outside or you can walk to the marina for more selection.Over all we would not return, it is not a 5 star establishment in my view. More like a good 3 star, 4 star at most.

    We have just returned from a 9 night break at Raddison Blu and on the whole the hotel is pretty good, however we did experience a few issues that having stayed in a few 5 star resorts for us puts the hotel at much more of a 4 star/ 3 star standard. We arrived late on our first night and we didn’t have any concierge service to our room which was a long way from reception and we had a very tired 5 year old with us. The meal times were at times chaotic with large queues, not enough plates/ bowls, lack of the little things like tea spoons etc which make a difference rather than having to go looking for things. The staff were friendly but not enough staff in the food areas keeping things clean and topped up so sometimes things had run out which wasn’t ideal. The gym needs attention, the equipment is worn and air conditioning should be in there. For us the missing bit was the details and definitely the food quality a lot of the food lacks taste, the location is good and some of the staff were great but we felt that a few areas need attention to warrant the 5 star rating.

    We had incredible stay at Radisson hotel. The resort is very well equipped, well staffed and has a good offering of services. Perfect location, just a 10 min walk to the centre of Puerto de Mogan. We absolutely enjoyed our diners at Fillini restaurant at the resort. Michelin star food at reasonable prices.
