Location

This luxury hotel is quietly situated, yet still at the heart of the tourist area. The hotel enjoys a peaceful location directly beside the sea close to a bathing cove. There are shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Las Palmas airport is about 50 km from the hotel.

Facility

500 rooms, including 249 double rooms, are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Rooms

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room and a bar. Half board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet and dinner are served every day. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Exceptional experience at this hotel - Staff have been great. My mum had a fall in reception on arrival and they could not have been kinder (100% her fault Not hotel) we upgraded at extra cost on arrival to 3 bedroom suite and it has been perfect great view, all amenities that are needed, cleaning team excellent. I really would recommend this hotel and their staff. Hoping for a late check out option on Friday as mum is still a bit sore. Pool area quiet no problem for beds - location great. Spa shop in hotel so handy and not a rip off which is always nice… restaurant staff super helpful and attentive - over all a 10/10 experience and am looking as to when I can come back!     Really enjoyed our stay, with a couple of minor downsides

    This is the fourth Radisson hotel I’ve stayed at, and once again they’ve maintained their standards very well. I’m not entirely sure if it deserves a full five stars, but I am pretty sure its one of the best hotels in Gran Canaria, certainly one of the top options in the Arguineguín area.We were pleasantly surprised by the heated outdoor pool, which we didn't known about in advance, and the jacuzzi on our balcony was a fantastic touch. The room itself was a good size and very comfortable.We stayed on a breakfast-only basis, so I can’t comment much on the dining overall, but the staff were attentive most of the time. They were helpful in arranging taxis when needed and provided useful advice whenever we asked.If I had to mention a downside, the housekeeping wasn’t the best during our stay. They mainly just made the bed and replaced the towels, but most days our coffee cups and glasses weren’t cleaned, so we ended up washing them ourselves.     This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. From the moment we checked in the staff was amazing. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and the balcony was gorgeous. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a nice variety of choices. The dinner buffet was okay for the price. The hotel was definitely family oriented as there were many young children.     We really loved our suite, and the hotel. It has a really great situation by the sea. You can go to sleep, and waking up, listening to waves.     What was good: view, close to the beach, and food (all inklusive). We stayed there for two weeks so the food got a bit boring after a while. Cleaning of the pool and common areasLess good: Missed entertainment in the evenings. The room smelled and was dirty when we arrived. I washed for two days and had to cover the furniture with sheets. It took 3 days before we got sun loungers on the balcony.
