    This was my second time at this hotel. The first time was for a long weekend last March in a bungalow so was not bothered about facilities. The second time was for nine days in a studio. I slept in the studio for just one out of the nine nights and booked a room in another hotel at my expense. I had requested a paid upgrade to a room with WI-FI access but that was not possible. I was told I could go to the swimming pool area to access the Internet. There was a lot of very tiny ants all over my belongings and to cap things up, there was no microwave in the room. I didn't need a hair dryer but there was none in the bathroom. I returned the key & cards to reception and will never be going back. As I type this message, I am still in Playa del Ingles enjoying all the facilities I need in this other hotel.

    Very small bungalow, more like a glorified studio apartment! No kettle, Toster trips electricity, so no toast! Quiet but due to it being Carnival music could hear music from the Yumbo Centre. Nice location however and enjoying seeing the resident Peahens, Peacocks and Turtles in a small pond. Reception staff very welcoming and polite. Price for 6 nights a little overpriced.

    Had a lovely time here. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The first night, we stayed in a studio bungalow, but there wasn't any air conditioning or windows! Needless to say, it wasn't a good start. However, we spoke to the front desk and they upgraded us and moved us to another bungalow...without charge! The complex itself is very safe and secure, not to mention, very pretty and well kept. The rooms are basic but comfortable, but we were told that they're all being upgraded. The highlight for me were the peacocks which roam the grounds freely, and every day they came into our garden to visit us! I would definitely stay here again, hopefully soon!!

    Been a few times now just because of the peacefulness of the place and perfect after recovering from an op. . However I did notice some changes this time. WiFi was very bad constantly dropping out , especially late at night. no fun when I need it for work emails . Gutted that I save all year for a holiday but can't get in the pool cos it was so cold, I have heart arrhythmia so cant do "cold water", although 1 or 2 got in it after some bravery it remained virtually empty.. (see pic). So 2 weeks of sitting in the sun and i coudnt hit the pool.the pool bar was open first few days then all of a sudden shut for the next 10 days. No reason or notice board put out. Strange as this was in season time. So If you want a cold beer....tough!Shower needs some urgent attention as ours was virtually hanging of the wall , clip was very loose so at times flooded the bathroom unless u held it above your head.A.big ty to our cleaner pami who was fantastic and nothing was to much trouble. Would I go again? I will view the latest reviews and take it from there.

    We were here November and came back. Quiet, clean, spacious. Fabulous pool and a very good value bar. Great WiFi and decent tv channels. Great location for the yumbo and beach. Very welcoming team. The adjacent Sanom beach has had a full refurb with the most amazing pool area more like a resort. You check in at the Sanom resort reception.
