  Excellent hotel in Magaluf, Mallorca

  We had read good comments about the hotel before we came and we fully agree with them. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff is professional, helpful and friendly, the food at breakfast and dinner is delicious and of very high variety and the location -near to the sea, to the shops and to public transport - could not be better. We are glad to highly recommend the hotel to both couple travelers and families. Some comments mentioned noise in the evening but we did not experience anything like that at all. We stayed in a studio room facing the pool area.

  Fabulous Stay, Lovely Hotel

  Had a delayed flight and arrived at 3am the receptionist was so warm and friendly, he went over and above. First impressions count. The hotel is perfect in every way, the rooms are immaculate and spacious, everything you could need. Beds are so so comfortable. Location is central and ideal for lots of bars restaurants and the beach. All the staff are friendly and professional. The pools are excellent but are not heated but there is a heated indoor pool and the kids ones are excellent. The food in the buffet was very good with lots of options. The evening entertainment was excellent from the kids entertainment 8.30/9.30pm to the acts after, the magician was fantastic. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and have booked again for October school holidays and would highly recommend and most definitely choose this hotel over any other in Palma Nova.   Fantastic hotel, Incredible value for money

  Went here to this great hotel for my wife's birthday with a group of 6 including 1 child, 4 day break. Firstly I read some reviews and I was a bit concerned cause of what they had said. But I can honestly say, the entire experience we have had at this hotel was excellent. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and you felt valued from the minute we arrived. Rooms are very clean and spacious (cleaned every 2 days but that didnt bother us). Save the planet stuff. The amenities in the room were excellent too, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle, all the utensils required plus a very handy fridge( great size too). Safety deposit box also there and very reasonable deposit which you get back(€10). There is a decent sized pool in the hotel grounds with *sensiland* just at the bottom of the car park with slides and splash pools for kids, excellent. Also a good sized indoor pool,As an added bonus to the pools there were plenty of loungers and also very comfy cabana beds (we did go out of season so it wasn't too busy, easy to get beds or loungers). Outdoor pools are spotlessly clean and areas surrounding them. The snack bar food was very good too, perfect for a lunch, snacks and again the staffs customer service was excellent 👌🏻. One of the only downside is the evening dinner, we had to wait for someone to ask us for drinks, it wasn't obvious who to ask(sometimes it was as long as 30-40mins almost finished by the time they arrived, Also the food sometimes was not the hottest but there was plenty of variety and you would be able to put a meal together. The quality of the food was very good but the layout was a bit frustrating at times, no real controls in place. The quality of breakfast was great and an array of different dishes. From full breakfast items to pancakes, churros and fruit/cheeses and cereal. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and is very useful for getting buses. We used the bus to visit marineland (€3 pp single) and travel up and down the town. Couldnt fault the room cleanliness, maids do a great job and they are always out cleaning passageways. The cleanliness of the hotel is 5*. Hotel atmosphere was a pleasure to be around nice and calm and the entertainment at night was enjoyable. When the entertainment is on its buzzing but when its time to settle down for the night the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Air-conditioning in the room was what you need with the option of HOT/COOL - LOW/MED/HIGH.Finally special mention to the staff of This hotel as it was my wife's birthday they made it an enjoyable stay and a classy touch was the bottle of champagne(brut) and the small plate of strawberries and a very nice birthday message on a card. Thanks to the staff of the Rosa Del Mar, hopefully we will be able to book again next year.   I recently stayed at MarSenses Rosa del Mar Hotel & Spa in Mallorca and I honestly had an amazing experience from start to finish.From the moment I arrived on the 17th, the welcome was incredible. The receptionist who checked me in was absolutely fantastic, very warm, friendly, and professional. She made me feel comfortable straight away and set the tone for the rest of my stay.The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. Every single person I came across was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The manager and the front desk team were also outstanding and clearly do a great job in maintaining such high standards.The food was another highlight, absolutely amazing every day with plenty of variety and great quality. Every meal was enjoyable and well prepared.The hotel itself is very clean, well maintained, and organised, which made the whole stay feel relaxing and comfortable.There are also great activities for children, which makes it a perfect family-friendly hotel. Everything is well thought out for both adults and kids.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca. The service, food, cleanliness, and staff were all amazing.
