This apartment complex is located in the leisure district of Playa del Inglés just 250 m from links to the public transport network. There are many shopping venues as well as restaurant, bars and nightlife venues in the surrounding area and the inviting sandy beach and turquoise waters are just 10 minutes walk away. The town centre can also easily be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The complex provides a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a playroom. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket.     Really lovely stay

    Had a great experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. Charming two bedroom bungalow with own patio was very clean and a lovely place to return to and relax.The kitchen had most of what you would need but not a kettle. Not a major problem as a pan of water on the induction hob served well.

    Gone downhill

    Stated here in 2018 and 2019 and had a great stay on both occasions. When the chance to book came up again I was more than happy to go back. Sadly this trip I wasn't as impressed. I understand it's fairly basic, but was clean and comfortable first couple of times. On thus occasion, had issues gaining access at 9pm, despite being assured the night security guard would be on duty with our bungalow key. It tool 20 mins to gain access via other guests then I went hunting the complex for security guard. Found fairly swiftly, he was pleasant and helped us with bags and took us to our bungalow. My partner collected a mobility scooter from reception we'd arranged with a local company. The bungalow we were allocated wasn't accessible. Took another 36 hours to gey moved. The bungalows were a bit tired and jaded. Only 1 pool open and no pool snack bar open. On site public loos were closed and locked. The whole complex looks and feels tired and jaded and there seems to be a scarcity of staff. The ones we met and dealt with were very pleasant. Overall however, I'll not return.

    Good location for shops / bars and bus links can be quite noisy with neighbors playing music which is a shame. This is a mix of private bungalows so will vary on house rules . Good pools and plenty of loungers so no problem getting a sunbathing spot.

    Our bungalow smelt awful. Our toilet was broken. Would not flush. The button to flush the toilet was hanging off when we got here. The bottom of the front door was hanging off. Not very child friendly. Our bungalow has cables exposed which is also a child hazard. They stated they have two pools when we arrived, turns out not. When booking this i was told it would be fixed multiple days before my arrival. Which is in fact a lie. The environment outside(garden) Is practically dead and not very appealing to look at whilst trying to have some family time outside. Overall this place was not clean. Also no staff present. Will not be returning to this place ever again. would definitely not recommend.

    Fantastic lovely bungalow complex

    A big group of my family and I rented 2 bungalows on this complex lovely place, pools really nice and the pool bar is lovely, the lady Sherry that works there is so nice we will definitely be returning and highly recommend to any family and if you have elderly relatives like we did it’s all one level so no steps so perfect for the elderly or disabled.
