Location

This apartment complex is situated above one of Gran Canaria's most spectacular beaches where the waters are crystal-clear and turquoise-blue in colour. The geographic location of the complex is a real advantage as the tourist centre with its many bars, restaurants, boutiques and shopping and entertainment venues is to be found within the near vicinity. The nearest beach is 1 km away and sights such as Vegueta's historic old town, Tejeda, Roque Nublo nature park, the municipality of Teror with the sanctuary of the Virgen del Pino and the Cenobio de Valerón cave system are all to be found within 1 hour's drive of the hotel.

Facility

Units include 4 suites and 36 apartments located in a 4-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service and a laundry service. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Additional features include a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The hotel has family rooms and 40 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. With snorkelling or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, paddle boating, canoeing and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath and a beauty salon. Subject to charge: massage treatments.

    Regarding Serenity Amadores.My wife and I am very glad that we this year could book an apparment at Serenity Amadores. We have now been there for 11 wounderfull days . The hotel have very good quality on there appartments. Nice bed and good space for everything even the terasse and balcony and a fantastic view over Amadores bay.Balcony equipped with table/chairs and sunbeds/parasoll. The poolarea very relaxing with comfort sunbeds, good space and no ”sardinfeelings”.The appartment are the best equipped appartment that we ever have seen. Really good for selfservice/catering. Didn’t missed any kitchentools. As the hotel dont have any restaurant they have been creative to have an aggrement with a restaurant nearby where you in there reception can order some eveningsfood of different pasta/pizza/meatdishes. The order is then delivered to your appartment by hotelstaf. We used this service 3 times to satisfaction.The hotel have an own small minimarket very you can by the most needed baseproducts as water, beer, wines, butter, cheese and fresh baked bread in the morning.The staff have a very nice attitude and are very helpfull with your wishes. If you have the chance to book an appartment I highly recommend just go for it. You will not be disappointed . Best regards/Hans from Sweden

    We spent three wonderful weeks at Serenity – celebrating both Christmas and New Year’s. On both occasions, we received a lovely greeting, which made the stay even more special.The hotel, located on the heights of Amadores, exceeded all expectations with its calm and pleasant atmosphere. We stayed in one of the four villas and were very satisfied. The bathroom and shower were spacious, as was the bedroom, which included a large wardrobe and a truly comfortable bed. There was air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living area. The kitchen was well equipped. And the absolute highlight – the outdoor area! It was furnished with table and chairs, sun loungers, and a jacuzzi.The entire hotel was clean and welcoming, and the rooms were serviced five days a week.A very quiet and peaceful place – perfect for a relaxing holiday.The pool area also had the same peaceful atmosphere, and the heated pool was a great bonus.The small minimarket is another plus.Thank you to Serenity Amadores for making our holiday so wonderful. And thanks to everyone who helped create this experience – the reception staff, the cleaning team, and the ever-humming caretaker.

    First of all is the best, the rooms amazing big , the terrace so good the chairs, super comfortable. You are just in the paradise I was staying in 204 is a standard premium but all more or less in my opinion are the same just to find room is wonderfull so busy… Ana the manager she dies the best check in in the world , her voice the attitude makes to feel you good and super welcome, Anastasia is the hearth of the hotel so helpfull ALWAYS. My tip I saw for first time a star rain , the problem is that many people kwon will be imposible to book…. Today is full and is my birthday pitty.. Congratulations!!!!!!!!!

    Serenity - lovely oasis of peace and tranquility

    Everything is as it has been advertised and promised. Rooms are in good condition, beds are comfortable and there is both an air conditioning unit at the living door and a propeller at the bedroom sailing. Kitchen is properly equipped and the bathroom is spacious and modern. Balcony has plenty of space and as the location of the hotel is high up in the hill views tend to be corgeous. Cleaning is efficient and hotel staff is absolutely wonderful. Hotel is situated at the end of the street so very little traffic. Peaceful. If you have a car there are always plenty of parking space available. Some inside the hotel carage area and plenty more by the street. Mini-market next to reception is as it says: mini. But you can get your very basic needs from there.We have now stayed in Serenity for 3 times and will go back in the future. If I compare prices and the quality my opinion is that Serenity is well worth what you pay.

    Absolutely breath taking view of Amadores relaxing hotel stunning rooms and amazing staff beautiful pool and our wonderful cleaner to reception staff the 2 very helpful ladies the balcony's are large with sun beds which is a bonus if your partner as mobility issues. It is a hilly area, but there are taxis to take you down to the beach and the beautiful coastal walk to Puerto Rico. We used to stay in Puerto Rico, but Amadores and Serenity is amazing. We will definitely be seeing you next August 2026. Thank you for making our holiday perfect!!!! Room 211 🇬🇧🏖
