  Spent a week in this hotel, and could not find fault in anything! We went half board and the food was varied and plentiful. Lots of breakfast options, from cooked breakfast to pastries and fruit/yoghurt. Evening meals were selected from a menu for the main, with a buffet starter and dessert. Special mention to Alberto for his professionalism, kindness and being very charming. We arrived late in the evening and the hotel had arranged for a dinner to be placed in our room, which consisted of soup and bread, chicken salad and some desserts. A very thoughtful gesture. We were on the 8th floor and the views were beautiful. The hotel itself is well presented, clean and rooms are very spacious with a small kitchen and we had the jacuzzi on the balcony. The lovely maids clean daily to a high standard and when we had a couple of issues with the canopy and umbrella, they were fixed immediately. The pool is never too busy as its adults only, meaning no scramble for sunbeds! Plenty to choose from. There is a small shop inside which we used for water, drinks and ice creams. Shops and bars are on the main strip but be aware its 180 steps down! Taxis can be used to make the return trip. There is a quiet chill out bar on the rooftop for those quieter evenings. We did explore the local shopping areas and a visit to Puerto de Mogan is a must. I would definitely visit this hotel again in future. Thank you for a relaxing stay.   Great hotel for relaxing stay

  We stayed in room 212 - junior suite with a great balcony, and views of the resort and sea. We got the sun throughout the afternoon until it went down in the evening, making it especially lovely at night with all the lights. The room itself is great - sofa (bed) and we had twin beds together whivh were comfortable (matress topper but pillows are 😒). There was a small kitchenette with hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge 👌. Bathroom was roomy enough, with hairdyer and excellent shower! Bathrobes & slippers included, and extra set of towels for sunbeds/beach. Shower gel included but no conditioner. Cannot fault the room - aircon quiet, location quiet, so we had a very good night's sleep throughout.There is a fitness & spa room too which is included/free.We were half board, and had freshly prepared omlettes, fruit, yoghurt, danish pastries, toast etc. Plenty of fruit juices, smoothies, oat & soya milk 👍, teas, coffee (machine and filter), and cava! All good. Evening meal, you select your own starters and dessert, and have a good choice of main meal that's freshly prepared 👌. Staff are wonderful - a very special mention to Alberto! - a wonderful, kind man, who helped me with my spanish learning - muchos gracias Alberto! 🥰. I think the pool is heated as it was certainly warm. Plenty of sunloungers free.There is a small but reasonably priced shop onsite which is a must as there are 178 steps down to the town! Great downhill, but a nightmare on the way up! Fortunately taxis (plentiful) just 4.25 euros 👍. Great shopping precinct, lovely walk to beach, and ferry to Puerto Mogan 👌. I would recommend, and would return as it was quiet and relaxing 👍.   This was our 10th stay at this hotel and yes it needs a lick of paint and the rooms (including the bathrooms) need a much needed update this hotel still delivered and we are returning in November. Breakfast is plentiful with loads of choice and the staff are very attentive.Rooms need refurbishment but the balconies and just brilliant and a huge positive. Rooms are cleaned daily by friendly staff.Reception staff are always friendly and any problems are solved quickly.We went up and down the steps twice daily (there’s an huge Spar at the bottom of the steps) and spent evenings in the busy centre where there is various bars restaurants and shop's and Mogán mall.   Fantastic stay

  Visited with my husband for our first adult only holiday since having our son. We loved that the hotel was adult only allowing some quiet time. Our welcome by staff at reception was lovely and made us feel right at home. This wasn’t our first stay at this hotel or within Servatur brand and they never fail to impress. We booked a superior junior suite and liked having slippers, a robe and large bath towels for use. we used our whirlpool bath on the balcony a few times but I don’t know if it’s a must for me on future visit. I did however love having our own loungers on the balcony to enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The shower was brilliant and water was lovely and hot. Breakfast just wasn’t for us. A lot of the food wasn’t that tasty and we just ended up eating and fruit and yogurt. On site shop was useful and staff there were lovely and friendly. We enjoyed the spa which you do have to book which we did each morning do the next day. You get an hour slot. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room. There is a small plunge pool with some jets and bed to lay on, we just felt the water was too cold.
