Location

This hotel is centrally located just 800 metres from the beach of Playa del Inglés and the promenade. Yumbo Shopping Centre as well as entertainment venues and a connection to the public transport network are located just 200 metres from the hotel.

Facility

286 rooms, including 9 suites and 10 single rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.     Fantastic hotel with the loveliest staff

    I couldn’t have had a better experience. As someone who just wanted a chill solo holiday it was such a great experience. The location is within walking distance to everything you need with excellent transport links outside if you want to venture further a field. The rooms were clean and although basic had everything I needed. The price point for the time of year and in the run up to pride were excellent but the best bit about the hotel were the staff and other guests. Firstly I would love to give a huge thank you to everyone that works at Don Miguel. From reception, to the cleaners to the bar staff to those working front of house, they couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone was always smiling, talkative and happy to answer any questions I had. This really made my whole trip such a joy. The same applies to all the other guests, everyone was just enjoying themselves and super friendly to the point I made some really great friends from all over the world from this trip. Thank you all, I can’t wait to come back.     Arrived at hotel about 1130pm. Reception staff very friendly and got key to room 457. Had a drink at the bar before heading to room. Entered room, very nice with balcony looking over main road.Bath with shower. Double bed very comfortable. Safe is free in room. No complaints about room. We were B&B. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of tables and kept very clean. Pool area was very nice and clean. All the staff were so friendly with a smile. Bus stop nearby, taxis outside hotel. Easy walk to beach about 15/20 minutes walk.     Waiting at the airport to leave Gran Canaria after our 3rd stay at the Don Miguel. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We love the breakfasts. There is always plenty to choose from, so we have two helpings, a healthy one and then a naughty one lol. We are already counting down to our next stay.
