Facility

The holiday apartments were built in 1985 and renovated in 2020. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry.

Rooms

Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. For young travellers, children's beds can be provided. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well.     Basic hotel that needs some basic maintenance doing , basic utensils and small glasses not ideal for self catering , lovely large terrace area although lots of broken tiles and crumbling concrete , 2 loungers , table and chairs , although these were very dirty , In a 1 week stay towels were only changed twice which is not really acceptable , noisy familys who appear to own some apartments and only appeared for the weekend , this is never mentioned in the description , onsite restaurant closed until october , small shop onsite was good well stocked and reasonably priced , 1 tip there are a lot of steps to get to the centre ok on the way down but get a taxi back for 3/4 euros , dont think we would book again so back to ocean hill in august Servatur Montebello, Other at Servatur Montebello, responded to this review Thank you for your review, 41dave18!We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations.     Just got back from staying in montebello apartments lovely holiday, apartments are basic but clean and tidy with fab balconies and great location. All staff were lovely would definitely stay there again.

    first time staying at these apts , have been to GC many times over the last 16 years and these are the best for location, balconies, pool, pool bar and staff. Cannot fault it and have booked 2 more holidays already

    Lovely stay at montebello. Huge balcony for sunbathing with a stunning view ( room 202 ) very clean also with the cleaners doing a great job but the holiday was made more special by the lifeguard Daimala ,He was great with my children. My daughter loved him , he encorage her swimming without her armbands , and her confindence grew. As she got better he played games with her like fetch the goggles off the bottom, diving etc and had a lot of time for her.
