This apartment complex lies in the centre of Playa del Inglés just a few minutes from the shopping and entertainment centre. The nearest beach is 500 m away and there are links to the public transport network some 200 m from the complex.

Facility

The hotel has 260 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, an alarm call service and a laundry service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The drinks selection includes alcoholic beverages and international brands.

    Just had a lovely stay here, there was always a great selection of food as part of the AI the only meal I struggled with was breakfast. Rooms are basic but have plenty of room, location is great for the beach and irish quarter. The only reason it isn't a 5 is due to the bar staff being quite rude at times through lack of acknowledgment when spoken to . check in was pain free we arrived at 1130 and was allowed up to our room due to it being ready.

    A really nice hotel. Has everything you need for a chilled out holiday.Close to the beach, nice pool / bar areas. Really good food and amazing staff that work very hard. Good location to shops, bars and everything else.Especially if you want to walk the coast.     Way, way better than I expected - and Thats Great

    Just returned from 5 nights.All the things I look for were there.The rooms were spotlessly clean and the rooms were modern (housekeeping are great).The pool and communal areas are well maintained (no sunbed issues).The staff were all super friendly and effecient.The standout for me was the quality and variety of the food. Huge amounts of fruits, salads, cold meets and cheeses (more crackers please) along with a great freshly cooked selection from the grill bar. The grill bar was full of quality meats and fish. All in all fantastic.There is a little road noise (but not too bd) and there is no gym I am aware of but instead I walked my socks off walking along the promenade to San Agustin.     We came as 4 groups, 2 family’s for 7 days and 2 for 10 days. We have all had a great time. The food has been really good, much better than most AI have been to. The drinks have been pretty good as well, even on selected days getting Prosecco or champagne with breakfast for you to help yourself. The cold meat selection is amazing, up to probably 6-10 different cuts including Parma ham, also fish selection is good with a lot of smoked salmon at breakfast along with smashed avocado etc… this is the first hotel I have ever visited abroad where they actually have proper ‘British’ sausages as well. Great salad selection, pizza, pasta etc and al the usuals. We have also had lots of grilled pork, steak, lamb, salmon, squid and other fish.The hotel is very clean, beds are comfy, pillows are great! Most places you’ll find the beds a comfy, food isn’t great or visa versa. My three things I look for are comfy bed (nice room), good shower, good food and decent drinks. This place has all that!Even the singers are comfy, the jacuzzi is ace.We have had to extend our stay due to my mum being unwell, if it was anywhere else I’d be crying, but the staff here have been so nice and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend!The only negative I would give is the evening entertainment is a hit and miss.     Beautiful Hotel - Amazing Time

    We have just had the most wonderful stay at Playa Bonita Hotel in Gran Canaria and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous — immaculately clean everywhere you look, with beautiful gardens that create such a relaxing atmosphere. The food was perfect every single day, with so much variety and choice that there was always something delicious to try.One of the real hidden gems of the hotel is the quieter secret area with the Bali loungers and jacuzzi, which felt like a little slice of paradise. It was the perfect place to completely unwind.What truly made this holiday extra special though was the incredible animation team. They work so hard to make everyone feel welcome, included and entertained throughout the day. A huge thank you to Bader, who was absolutely fantastic during Pilates, yoga and aqua gym — always so friendly, energetic and encouraging. We also loved doing aqua gym with Alian, who brought so much fun and positivity to every session. And of course, a special mention to their chief Daniel, who clearly does an amazing job leading such a brilliant team and making everything run perfectly.The whole atmosphere at Playa Bonita is warm, friendly and uplifting thanks to these wonderful people.
