Location

Situated on a hill beside the sea, this hotel has been constructed in a terraced style and is just 1.5 km from the beach that can be reached by descending a flight of steps. The centre of Puerto Rico, which offers many shopping and entertainment venues is located just 1 km away.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2023. The hotel welcomes guests in a 7-storey building with 15 lifts and 496 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Travellers with their own cars can use the parking spaces (subject to availability). Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a partial sea view from a balcony or terrace. Many units feature a sea view, which creates a particularly lovely ambience. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. For guests who wish to keep active, volleyball and basketball are available. Guests can partake in various water sports, including water aerobics and aquafit. In addition, diving is offered for a fee. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis and pilates or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 2 restaurants (non-smoking, a buffet and high chairs). Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, all-inclusive and all-inclusive special. Special extras await all-inclusive holidaymakers, such as non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, for example. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, lactose-free food, vegan food and whole, unprocessed foods can be prepared on request. Baby food (on request) provides for little ones' well being. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. International brands are available for an additional fee. There are alcoholic beverages and house favourite brands as well.

    Great hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Fantastic views all round. Location is up a hill but the views set this off. Slightly expensive but well worth it.

    Lovely hotel with incredible views, area itself is quite hilly but that's what makes this hotel so stunning as you can see the whole of the town from the hotel, taxis to the centre are between $4/5 each way, 2 lovely beaches near by one with an assault course in the sea which is great and my children personally loved, i found the hotel staff who i spoke to very friendly, lots to do for children including football/ basketball court, 2 waterslides and a splash park, also lots of pool tables dotted about and an arcade with lots of games for, rooms very spacious and the food is excellent there is so many options for each meal its incredible and not your bog standard all inclusive.This hotel could do with more day time entertainment in my opinion but that staff do work tirelessly as they perform some of the nighttime entertainment which i found brilliant, live singer, piano player or saxophone player whilst your eating tea in the outside area is great.My only gripe if i had to dig for one is the cleaners start very early, sometimes before 8am now if you have stayed up watching the entertainment and have gone to bed late this i found way to early to be ready and out the room just my opinion.Getting a sunbed was never an issue and i did go 4 days within half term.I would highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

    Superb hotel with great food, an excellent location, beautiful rooms, and mostly very friendly staff. The only downside was when we asked the receptionist, Joel, at check-out if it was possible to have one extra hour before checking out. We had two rooms, but we would have managed with just one extra hour in only one of the rooms. This was not possible because the hotel was fully booked and new guests were arriving for the room. That explanation felt a bit unreasonable, as the rooms are not ready by 1:00 PM anyway, and guaranteed check-in for new guests is not until later. If he had shown a bit more understanding and willingness to help, the experience at check out would have been much better.

    We arrived at the hotel , very clean reception and helpful staff, we arrived early for the room so had some drinks before hand Let’s move on a couple of days The rooms was lovely, we upgraded to the duplex suite couldn’t fault it , was small an no full length mirrors at all only the round bathroom mirror Very clean receptionIt was quite when we arrived for a few days , did not need to get up early for a sunbed but this all changed after 3 days …. So much for not reserving sun beds…. Carnage , the hotel was full of children and very unsupervised by adults, the restaurant was like a free for all, children running around, food all over the floor but the staff did their best trying to keep it clean Entertainment. Not the greatest as the you could also for here for food , birds flying in all around the area Food was ok not the warmest but what you expect in all inclusive A couple of glass balconies in the evening area and also the panaroma pool area with cracked no tape or advisory to keep away If you would like a holiday in a child area full volume this is for you
