Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this complex lies in the heart of Puerto Rico, approximately 1.5 km from the sea.

Facility

306 apartments are available to guests at this complex, which includes a lift and a reception desk. Amenities include a currency exchange service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Children can enjoy the playground. Travellers with their own cars can use the parking spaces (subject to availability). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, an alarm call service and a coin-operated laundry.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a heating stove ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. For young travellers, children's beds can be provided. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property.     We've been coming here (sunsuite@servatur.com) 20 + years, twice a year, the amount of people we see returning every year, says something, the s/s has the biggest balcony s, ( sun facing ) table. Reclining chairs, parasol, sun beds, clothes horse, the biggest pool, pool bar etc, plenty of sunbeds,(maybe not summer holidays) best location for bars. Restaurants etc, walking distance beach , even though this is on the side of a hill, take steps, or lifts to the bottom, brilliant rooms, tv,(itv bbc, everything needed in the kitchen (including big fridge/freezer, rooms cleaned 5 times a week shop,bar.     Stayed here at least 20 times I must say arrived back this evening This place really needs a refurb. Our patio door handle was hanging off. Had to use a knife to lift the lid of the kettle place looks dirty now towels are past their sell by date Really don’t think we will stay here again.     Again and again and again and cant wait to come back

    Our third time here, nothing puts us off from giving 5 stars. yes it needs a bit of TLC I could point out some paint issues, but I could in any home were to visit. We class this as a home and are never happier. From stepping in and meeting the amazing staff, across the spotlessly clean area to the lifts again always clean. Some people have said about having to get two or three lifts Well this is better than steps and stairs. The rooms have everything, beds comfy, views amazing, even English TV channels . Balcony you have to see it to believe it. When you are sat in the sun, you can see hotels across the valley still in the shade. We didn't even use the pool this year, we stayed on our wonderful balcony with sun beds, and other furniture. Then to the bars, down the lift across the road to sister hotel, down their lift and you are NO STEPS .     Still a great location but starting to get a bit shabby. We had a whirlpool suite bottom floor by the roadside. Very peaceful throughout the day ang gets the sun till about 6-30pm from 8am. Handily placed for the Commercial Centre. The Spar and Mogan Mall.Beds are still uncomfortable with a small thin mattress. Bathroom needs a tidy up as does the kitchen which again was full of ants which we expected with being ground floor. Living room sofa had a cigarette burn in which should be addressed surely. Only 3 English channels bbc1, itv and a American channel. Went up the pool area a couple of times Still a good area.
