Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests can store valuables in the safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

    The best gay resort in Maspalomas

    Another stay at this excellent resort, I am already a returning customer but enjoy it every time. The lovely service from the staff, the bar and restaurant open until late, the large sunbed area, the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna area and of course the opportunity to meet new friends or just relax in peace with a drink. Thank you for another wonderful stay, will be back again soon.

    It is generally said that the first impression is the best.I came out of a somewhat difficult situation to the Seven.I think the Seven is one of those hotels where, once I've entered it, my DNA changes after a day. And that's why I've already extended my stay today, the second day.I will also book three weeks in the summer, as soon as I get home. The staff can be described in just one word: excellent.Something I'd like to mention for now. The number of rooms allows for a really nice mix of guests. Right now, we have a truly diverse group. They represent all the colors of our "rainbow." They are friendly, kind, and empathetic, which I find very, very lovely.

    What a wonderful relaxing vacation and nothing but amazing staff. A special shout out to Xiraxi, Alvaro and Ivan. The morning chef is a true gem and the food was always good, creative and well-executed. Our room attendants, Iván and Alejandro, were thorough and kept our room stocked and clean at all times. The in-room LavAzza coffee machines and water kettle came in handy. The mini fridge was fully stocked! We will be booking our next stay at time of departure to ensure we have a new annual December trip. We made new friends and will treasure this experience. The grounds were well-kept, they were updating part of the lawn but never an inconvenience to our stay. We ate most of our week-long dinners at the hotel restaurant, and cabs were plentiful to and from Yumbo. In all our travels to similar places, the only thing missing was a happy hour for guests to mingle before dinner.

    We’ve stayed at Seven Hotel & Wellness Gran Canaria several times now, and each visit only deepens our love for this exceptional place. This latest trip was no exception, after a generous upgrade, we enjoyed a blissfully relaxing week in beautiful surroundings, with service that continues to set the gold standard.The complex is immaculate, with every corner spotlessly clean and maintained to perfection. The staff work tirelessly and with such professionalism that it feels effortless, though we know it’s anything but.Oscar, was the standout star. He was welcoming to us and our friends. Nothing is ever too much for him, and he positively thrives when challenged to create obscure cocktails. Watching him rise to the occasion with a sparkle in his eye is part of the joy and he genuinely seems happiest when his guests are happy. A truly lovely person who brings heart and flair to every shift.David was on top form too, keeping the laughs flowing and the energy high. His humour and charisma is unmatched. And let’s not forget the rest of the team, each one contributes to the seamless, joyful experience. Their teamwork is exceptional and a big part of why Seven remains, in our view, the premier gay hotel in Gran Canaria.We’ve tried other places in the past, but Seven has become our home away from home. We have no intention of staying anywhere else. Bravo to the whole team, until next time! Salud!! ❤️

    Same high standards and familiar comforts

    Travelled in September 2024 for our second visit of 2024. Booked a suite (larger room) and upgraded to private pool villa on arrival as it was unoccupied. Clean, comfortable, friendly, great service, nice food and very peaceful. Very very hard to find faults!!
