  Staying here October Half Term 2019. We hired a car to get us around, so the transport issues of being slightly out of the centre of things isn't an issue. It is very quiet, very clean, the apartments are modern, well appointed and have new appliances. I highly recommend these apartments if any of this sounds like what you are after! The beach is very close, the pool and communal areas are spotless and well maintained. I just cannot fault it. The usual bugbear of terrible or costly wi-fi isn't an issue. They give you as many tokens as you want, and these give you 31 days wi-fi at approx. 45mb/s, for FREE! Its a little thing, but it means that I can work if I need to, and the kids can stream stuff. This is a real bonus and very much appreciated. Overall, pretty much perfect.

  Stayed here with my husband and 3 kids 16,13 and 7 for 10day holiday during August. The bungalow is the first one I’ve ever been in that has stairs and 3 floors but so bare that in mind if you’re booking because you think it’s all on one level it’s most definitely not. Having said this it didn’t matter one bit to us we loved staying there. There’s loads and loads of room with a spacious open plan kitchen living area and a downstairs shower and toilet. The sofa opens up to a double bed as well. There’s every kind of utensil you could need to cook a full blown dinner never mind just breakfast and quick snacks. The main bathroom is on the second floor and is huge with 2 wash basins, large shower and a mirror all along the wall so there’s never a problem with the ladies putting on the make up and the men shaving using the same mirror. There’s 2 big bedrooms with one on the upper top level with a balcony which is jackpot as this area gets sun all day and you can sit out overlooking the gardens and pool area. The pool is big with loads of sunbeds and there’s no mad race to get up at stupid o’clock and reserve a bed that nonsense doesn’t happen here thank goodness. The main pool is quite deep so if you have children who aren’t confident swimmers caution is needed. There’s a small pool as well for toddlers separate but not to fair away from main pool. There’s showers around the pool as well if you prefer just to cooloff this way. The pool bar is really good, the food is fabulous and amazing value for money and loads of food choices to chose from. The staff are friendly and helpful and work non stop it’s spotlessly clean so all in all, this place is Fabulous The beach is less then few mins walk away.. loads of shops and places to eat around 5/10min walk away with a well stocked supermarket as well. You can buy water from the reception it’s just as cheap as anywhere else and saves you the hassle of carting big bottles back from the shops. You can book trips and beauty treatments from reception and they’ll ring for taxis whenever you ask. There’s also a security guard at night that you’ll see waking around giving you extra peace of mind, but never at anytime did we feel unsafe when we stayed here. We can’t rate it enough in our eyes it ticked every single box, our kids made friends with other kids of every nationality and we all had a fabulous family holiday. We would 100% stay here again and recommend to everyone,there’s nothing not to like especially the price.. Jackpot!!!

  Stayed here for one week. We loved it,, apartments are lovely and clean, very confiortable, lots of nice restaurants a five minute walk supermarket is very close, beach a couple minute walk will definitely return

  Just got back from these apartments, not sure why there called bungalows as the bedrooms are upstairs, which has no banisters!! On arrival we found the apartments clean and tidy downstairs old and dated with a very little kitchen area for 5 adults. Sheets and towels very very thin and needs replacing badly, surprised we did put our feet and fingers through them. Must say not impressed with a cat that was always at our apartments sometimes even coming into the lounge area. Complex very small but nice with a small bar and pool, which is very deep no shallow end😔 A security guard on the premises every evening who was very pleasant. Enjoyed out stay but misleading that the apartments are in Playa Del Ingles as out in St Augustin and you need taxis all the the time adding to the cost of your holiday, nice nearby beach though, not sure I’d stay again

  We chose this place because it was small as we hate large complex and there are lots of them in this area. Accommodation was roomy with all the fascinating equipment we needed. I would say our duplex was a little dated and could be modernised a little. However it was spotlessly clean and lovely ladies visited most days. Free WiFi was a real plus. Good size pool with a small bar on site. Area was quiet only minutes from the beach with a good selection of good restaurants within a short distance. Little supermarket only 200 m from the complex. Reception only open for a few hours every day but good selection of books. Highly recommended if you want a quiet break but close to all amenities including bus stop and car hire. No air con available but ceiling fan. Would definitely return
