This apartment complex is situated amongst green gardens by the beach. Restaurants as well as bars can be found in the immediate vicinity, whilst the town of San Fernando is situated 8 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 206 rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by 6 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available.

Third-party operators offer massage treatments. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including an entertainment programme and a kids' club.

Meals

Guests can enjoy a number of restaurants (non-smoking, a buffet, à la carte, air conditioning and high chairs). Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for lunch). Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, organic food, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The drinks menu includes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as international brands and house favourite brands.

    We had a fantastic week at Monte Feliz. The padel training sessions with the skilled and dedicated coach Laurent Dairiam were excellent. We learned a lot and truly enjoyed every lesson. We would happily come back again.The hotel staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Food and drinks deserve top marks as well. Highly recommended!     We came mainly for the padel training, and Laurent was the best coach super fun, motivating, and professional. We had an amazing stay overall and really enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality.     Great stay with amazing tennis/padel coach

    The hotel is filled with very friendly staff who will make your holiday very pleasent but we especially keep coming back for the tennis/padel coach Laurent. He is the best trainer I have ever had and my game has improved significantly last year with his clear and patient explenantion/view and also makes it great fun at the same time.     We went for a week to relax and do some sports.We only have high praise for the hotel and the staff. There was nothing to put on it.But especially the Padel coach Laurent, the crazy Frenchman, is absolutely fantastic - from the first time you meet him there are smiles, jokes and an incredibly cool way to make you better. I had two private lessons with him and they are the best I have had EVER.He is inclusive and takes everyone in.6 stars for him.
