  We booked our holiday with Jet2 for our honeymoon/family holiday. It was our first holiday abroad with our 2 children.We had a lovely suite by the childrens pool and splash park with our own padded sun loungers. We loved the layout of the room with separate bedroom and living room. We were all inclusive which was brilliant for the children. There was always space in the restaurant and lots of variety of food. The food was delicious! Every single member of staff we met was so happy, friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have never stayed anywhere else with such friendly staff. The staff are a credit to the hotel they are all brilliant. The staff were amazing with my son and daughter. My son loved going around giving them high fives and saying Hola! My children loved Bojana she was amazing with them and was so caring with them.We will definitely be returning in the future!Good location to walk to the beach is about 20 mins and there is a free shuttle from the hotel. There is a bus stop close which we used to get around to places we wanted to visit

  Great family holiday! Lovely setting, pools and food.

  This is a lovely hotel for a family holiday. Not a problem getting sunbeds. Pool warm enough to swim in in May - a good temperature. Despite other reviews saying no inflatables allowed in the pool (which the signs do say) there were loads of rubber rings etc being used. Annoying as I left ours at home following my Tripadvisor research before coming.You can use other pools in the adjacent hotel.Good entertainment.We were all very happy with the choice of foods for breakfast and dinner - we were half board. We emailed in advance to ask for the earlier of the 2 dinner slots (6:30-8 or 8:30-10) as we have 2 children which was accommodated.Water cooler to refill water bottles in reception.It’s a good 20 minute walk to the beach. Limited routes for an early morning run/ after dinner walk.The family suite includes 2 substantial sofa bed type beds for the children but you can’t get out of the apartment without then disturbing the sleeping children (I like to go out for a run in the morning before the others are up to work off the holiday excesses!)Fridge in the room but no kettle.Friendly staff and good value for money overall 👍Hotel is 1 hour/ 70 mins coach transfer from the airport.I would recommend this hotel!   We really enjoyed our stay here. The site is small enough so everything is nice and close. The site is very clean, and beautifully kept. I loved the layout and the greenery! The room. The room is beautifully decorated and clean. We had a twin bed, and a sofa bed. There was a sliding door between the bedroom and the sofa which was nice to give us some space. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and a shower head on the wall. There was air con but no way to control it so it was either on or off, but was effective when on. The room had a fridge, but water was not provided by the site. We purchased some from the shop near by. Outside the room was a pull out clothes horse, little table and chairs.Room was cleaned daily. Pool bar.Open 10:30-8:30The pool bar stocked Pepsi, Pepsi Max, wine, beer and cocktails served by the staff. Food was included in all inclusive but ordered from the bar; salads, chips, hot dogs, burgers etc. Hot food is not allowed to be taken from the bar. Service was slow and a smile would have been nice from some of the staff. On occasions, there was a queue but generally never too long. I do feel a self serve would have been easier for some of the soft drinks at least. There is a little ice cream machine, soft serve which was free to use, named ice creams are not included.There was a snack bar with fruit and pastry’s that can be taken from the bar area. I do feel more staff at the bar is needed and it would have been great to have a salad bar/savoury snacks accessible to have by the pool. Pool:You’re not allowed to reserve a lounger before 10:30 and it is upheld which was refreshing to see! We were always able to get a space by the pool! Towels are provided for 10€ each which is refunded when you hand them back. You can change them for 1€ each. Pool was clean, but minimum 1.3m which was too deep for our 7 year old. There was a small toddler pool knee height if that. Animation and entertainment team. There are things on offer such as boules, shooting, face paints, mini disco at 8-8:30pm, yoga, aqua gym/zumba, bingo around the pool area. Food: Breakfast: Really good selection: cheeses, hams, croissants ,pancakes, fry up, yoghurts, cereals, etc. coffee is self serve. Lunch: we didn’t really go to lunch as we were always full from breakfast or used the pool bar! Dinner:2 sittings 6:30-8/8:30- 10Theme nights : Asian, international, Canarian, ItalianEvery night there is: plain pasta, chips, potatoes, mojo sauce, cheeses, breads, soups, pizza,a meat, salads, ice cream, selection of cakes. With the theme night providing other options. I was disappointed with the Canaria night and wish there had been more local food options. It did get busy towards the end of our stay and there was a queue to get in, and queues for the food. We didn’t use the evening entertainment, so can’t comment. We hired a car from autoreisen for £77 for the week. The roads are super easy to get around and I would recommend visiting Teror and Tejeda.Most of the staff have been indifferent not that overly welcoming, smiley, chatty that I’d expect.I would recommend this venue and would come back, I just feel a few small tweaks would make a massive difference and take this rating from a 4 to a 5.   Wow!! Fabulous Hotel

  We stayed at the Dunas Maspalomas Hotel Suites and Villas for 4 nights in May 2026. We are 3 ladies 47-65 years of age.We booked it through EasyJet Holidays.We found this hotel absolutely amazing. The staff were ALL extremely hardworking. Right from the reception, restaurant, bars, animation, room maids, life guards, maintenance and gardeners (hope I haven’t missed anyone out).The rooms: this complex is set out in small clusters of bungalows. Very spacious and clean with a free safe. The shower was very powerful. The air-con worked perfectly. We had a seated area outside too. The restaurant: AMAZING!!Pretty much sums it upCould not fault it at all.The staff were all extremely hardworking working, all wearing the same smart uniform and very efficient. No sooner had you finished your food and someone was there whipping away your plate. There were no tables left with plates stacked up. They were cleaned and re-set instantly. The choices of food offered at each sitting was so vast. We really were spoilt for choice. Example; Breakfast you could have, a full English, toasties, cold meats, smoked salmon, cheeses, numerous types of bread, yogurts, cereals, fruits, pastries, hot drinks, cold drinks, smoothies or prosecco. Lunch and dinner too have so much choice on offer with a nightly theme.Evening entertainment shows were all very good and finished around 21.30hrs. There was a bar in the disco which we used after the show. The Animation team worked very hard too, trying to get people off their sun-beds to do pilates, aqua aerobics, archery, darts etcThey also ran a kids club. We saw an incident around the pool area, a small boy hit his mouth while in the pool. No sooner had he got out of the pool the life guard was attending to him. A manager was there within minutes too. Very reassuring.There was a free shuttle service to the beach several times a day which we used. The beach is lovely with plenty of sun lounges and umbrellas. €10 for an umbrella and 3 lounges. There’s plenty of places to grab a bite to eat too, and very reasonable.If you happen to get up at the crack of dawn you will see the gardeners and the maintenance people. People cleaning the windows, floors, walls.All in all a very relaxing short break. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, friends, couples and solo travellers.   Lovely relaxing stay in lovely hotel - a short walk to the beach and the shops . I was staying all inclusive in premium villa and the food was great - entertainment staff by the pool were great fun for all the guests !!
