Facility

The bungalow complex was modernised in 2021. The 32 bungalows are comfortably equipped and ready for guests. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. In some rooms, a terrace is included as standard. Rooms include a sofa bed. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and freezer.     Sadly- Gone down hill. Used to be a nice place.

    Hotel is in severe need of an update. Paint peeling, old carpet, chemical streaks (we assume) all over the bathroom walls and surfaces. Beware: No alcohol allowed in pool/hotub area whatsoever. Signs threaten with $500 fine. 1st night the signs were not there. Unwelcome surprise when we showed up to relax. Other signs by the hot tub say no glass, which is entirely understandable-but complete ban is not fair. Paying customers should expect to enjoy a beer or other beverages when your goal is relaxing stay. Breakfast service was less than desirable. Not stocked. Waffles no syrup. Biscuits no gravy. Bacon was old and leathery. Chair upholstery is flaking off. No reinvestment in this property. We won’t be back.

    Check in was good although the young man gave duplicate keys to another family. They opened our door as we were in the room. I believe it was an accident and corrected right away. The morning hostess was super helpful getting us a room the second night when we decided to stay. The room was clean and beds comfy. It's an older hotel with attached small casino. Breakfast was ok. The hot food ran out at times. Even when we went down early.

    Hole in the bathtub holes in the curtains and lampshades bugs in the room thermostat falling off the wall the walls pealing in bathroom lack there of breakfast.. breakfast didnt even open til 7 on Saturday was supposed to be 630 and there was barely anything out.. just left

    When I go on a trip and have to stay somewhere I always look at how it’s kept and this hotel was kept amazing I had an opportunity to speak to a young nice worker his name was Andrew he was very helpful in giving directions around the hotel and gave me great food recommendations near by plus the rooms were a amazing and clean, I love it made my experience at this hotel amazing keep hiring people like him, great hotel.

    Very nice clean room, soft comfy bed. Pillows a little too fluffy for my taste but GF was jealous when I told her about it. Friendly staff, Daniel went above and beyond when I asked for coffee he was on it! Didn't get to the pool or hot tub, too busy playing in the snow.
