    Just returned from week at the apartments, they are fabulous location next to the beach, literally. They are a little dated but clean and all you need for simple self catering holiday. Not equipped for cooking 3 course meals , but light breakfast or lunch perfect. Staff are very accommodating and friendly , very informative and helpful. The housekeeping staff are also very nice and helpful. Will definitely return I’d visit this area again , fabulous little hotel.

    Excellent accommodation, quality services. Ultra-centrally located two minutes from the seafront and beach. Good to put on the accommodation list for a holiday in Las Palmas.You have plenty to do in the area for a week, the seafront is very long and full of people regardless of the season.

    Great location, beds amazingly comfy great staff immaculately clean. Looking at booking up in April. Roof top terrace great bonus. Cleaners in every day, location is 2 min from beach 5 min from supermarket

    This hotel has information about wi fi in the hotel which is NOT TRUE. Wi fi does not work for streaming and I was unlucky to not be able to do my work because of this. Wi Fi here in the Tinoca Apartments deserves score 1. Be aware and do not book this hotel if you need to work/study. I won't be able to do this unfortunately.

    Got these apartments through on the beach as a last minute holiday. The apartments are over 5 floors but there is a lift if a bit small. There is a sun lounging area on the roof but the beach is a two minute walk.That is the winning point about these appartment - location. There is a lovely pizzaria next door and a quaint little bar but another 20 steps and your on the prom and beach.Inside is basic but clean. The cleaners were in everday. There was a toaster and coffee machine although no kettle. There is a two ring cooker so can boil water.The bathroom was fine and spacious although no hairdryer.The reception is 24/7 and staff friendly enough. There is also a place for your cases on the day you leave.
