  Enjoyable, relaxing holiday

  Just returned from a lovely relaxing 10 day break. We've stayed at this hotel 8 times over the last few years and will return again later this year. I would like to give a special thanks to the following staff who made the holiday extremely enjoyable - Front of house staff which include Norberto, Gabriel, Miguel, Franc, Guacimara. Restaurant staff which include Dani, Yeray, Jose, Carlos, Carolina and Manuel. Bar staff which include Roman, Angel and Natalia. Entertainment team which include Sophia, Simon and Sean (Team leader). All these members of staff were always very happy to help and always had a smile on their faces and nothing was too much trouble.With regards to the hotel it is very clean and well maintained and during our stay there were various improvements taking place. There are 3 restaurants, the main one is used for breakfast and the evening meals and a smaller one which is used at lunch (there is also an a'la carte which we didn't use). All restaurants had lots of choice to suit all tastes and there are some themed nights (tropical, Mexican and Chinese).The entertainment suits all needs whether you want to join the fitness classes or whether you just want to join the activities which include French boules, corn hole toss, archery or darts. The team encouraged people to join but were not pushy.The pool area is clean and there are always enough sunbeds for everyone, they do have a strict rule that no towels are left unsupervised on sunbeds before 10 am which we found a very good idea.The age group of people staying at this hotel is extremely varied and includes people in their 20's through to people in their 80's.As mentioned we will return.

  Much Needed Rest and Relaxation

  Holiday review for a hotel in Gran Canaria. It was very clean, food was excellent, the staff were really, really friendly. The hotel entertainment was brilliant. The location was really good. Downside was that it was two bus rides to get to puerto Mogan, the hotel bus, there's only there for a couple of hours.Here’s a polished version of your review with a nice flow:We had a fantastic holiday in Gran Canaria and would happily return to this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made a great first impression and was maintained throughout our stay. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and we genuinely looked forward to mealtimes each day.What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating such a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel entertainment was also brilliant, with something enjoyable on every evening.The location was very good overall, with easy access to nearby areas. The only downside for us was getting to Puerto Mogan, which required two bus journeys. The hotel does provide a bus, but it only stays there for a couple of hours, which felt a bit limiting.All in all, a wonderful stay with just a small inconvenience, and we’d definitely recommend it.   Amazing Adults Only Experience!

  This hotel is located in the most beautiful and peaceful part of Gran Canaria. The manager Norberto makes sure that everyone has a first class experience. The employees really care about all of the guests and you receive excellent care. You will love the food and they provide cooking classes so you can learn the recipes of the islands! The views from the rooms are amazing and the events and entertainment provided by the hotel help to make your vacation unforgettable! You can take the bus from the airport and when you get off there is only a 10 minute walk.   Lovely hotel with excellent service.

  We've just returned from a week in this hotel. Outstanding staff and excellent service.The staffed we're very accommodating, I needed to use a wheelchair and walking frame and nothing was any trouble when we requested a room near lifts.Nice food and lovely spacious rooms. Some areas are ready for refurbishment but this hotel is spotlessly clean.   Fabulous holiday

  Lovely location overlooking the sea, great atmosphere. The room was really spacious with a huge superking bed (we booked a junior suite) the Tui hotel App was superb for ordering anything required i.e. I ordered more liquid soap for the bathroom & it was delivered within 15 minutes. Also shower cap, tissues & an extra blanket, all left in our room. The cleanliness was excellent, housekeeping came in every day.The metal chain curtain decor was rather strange. But no other complaints about the room, lovely balcony with superb view. The staff were excellent. We went for a week all inclusive. It was expensive, but we felt good value, with everything included. The food was fabulous, loads of choice & late breakfast if required.We had trouble booking the Balinese beds on the App, but a wonderful receptionist sorted it for us with no charge.All in all a fabulous holiday.
