This apartments complex is situated in the stunning area of Puerto Rico. The sprawling sandy beaches of Puerto Rico and Amadores are both a 10-minute drive away (3 km). Nearby, guests will find an international shopping centre with numerous shops, supermarkets, sports facilities, bars and restaurants. Public transport departs from a stop just 200 m from the building.

Facility

44 apartments are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment complex provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, room service, a laundry service, a conference room and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.
