This apartment complex is situated in one of the most attractive areas in Puerto Rico, very near Amadores Beach. Its terraces enjoy amazing views of the Teide Mountain and of the sunsets. Guests will find the Europa shopping centre with fashion shops, supermarkets, sport facilities, hairdressers and more, nearby the complex. It is only 2 km to the sandy beach, 3 km to the centre of Puerto Rico, and 45 km to Las Palmas Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 35 apartments located in two 7-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Travellers with bicycles can make use of the on-site bicycle storage area.

Rooms

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, billiards and hiking. A kids' club and a dance club are also options for entertainment.

    You got to get a taxi to shopping centre but it only cost 7.00 euros each way people are so friendly there we loved

    Staff at the hotel was fantastic but you can't pay with money only card and 100 euro bound but you get straight back on last day down side the cafe bar shuts at 5.30 and don't open till 10.30 in morning but make sure you got a card with money on it lol rooms are ok a little out dated but it what you pay for really would we go back again yes

    Horrible lady on the reception, light brown hair. I urgently needed to use the phone and she said no because she has more important things to do. What a disgrace, do not recommend at all!

    Me and my friends booked a package through on the beach , once we got off the plane and arrived at our hotel, we found it was all pitch black no one was there. We could not gain access. It was past midnight and we was shattered and just wanted to get into our room after an hour of trying to contact the hotel. We found a number hidden at the side of the front door. We then rang this number and got told to go to this other hotel which was a 25 min walk away with all our suitcases etc. to be told our hotel had been shut down for months and they couldn’t understand how we could have booked to stay there for 1 week. We was disgusted as we paid alot of money and the hotel we had to stay in was defiantly a downgrade.We will never ever be booking through on the beach again and we will be telling all our friends and family the same. We have tried contacting on the beach to complain and speak to someone about our experience but we have had no response. Very upset and devastated as it ruined our whole holiday.

    I have travelled to Gran Canaria for a holiday 5/6 times over the last 10 years. I really like this hotel for price. It has a small shop on site and a small bar / cafe near the pool.It is on top of the hill overlooking Amadores beach and the beach is a 15/20 min walk downhill. 5/10 mins up and across the top is the Europa centre with loads of restaurants, bars and shops. I longer walk downhill is the walk into Puerto Rico with more of the same.I have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions and would not hesitate to stay here again.

    I stayed for a week with my boyfriend and it wasn’t the best place we’ve ever stayed. Upon entry into the room there was ants all over the kitchen floor and throughout our stay our room only got cleaned twice therefore the ant situation just worsened. On a better note, the balcony was amazing and so big & it had the sun on it all day! The beds were half decent but the sheets had a few hairs on them when we first arrived which is very off-putting. The worst part wasn’t the cockroach in the shower or the ants, it was the fact there was no aircon and we had to wait 3 days until they gave us a fan which was useless as it was clearly cheap and very old. The night staff member Manuel was lovely and very helpful and even opened the shop for us past closing time. The food is a hit or miss but decent price if you don’t wanna walk anywhere. Beach is too far to walk and about 7 euro in a taxi. Overall wouldnt stay here again.
